About the property

Direct beach access, quiet, sunny, bright, friendly, completely renovated

Our apartment is located at the end of a spur road, primarily on the sea, on a quiet beach which is easily accessible by a green staircase, or via internal lift. The size is of about 60 square meters, with a terrace of approximately 10sqm. The apartment is full of light (cross ventilation), completely renovated, with new furnitures. It offers place for 2 - 3 persons.

The bedroom is equipped with 2 large single beds and has direct access to its own bathroom. The living room has comfortable seating. A sofa bed offers sleeping place for a third person.

The fully equipped kitchen is connected to the open living room and a dining table for 3 persons. Especially handy feel our guests the second bathroom with sink and washing machine. From the dining area and the living room you will enjoy magnificent views of the sea, the neighboring Radazul with its marina and sandy beaches, and the natural beach of Tabaiba. From the terrace you will enjoy this nice views. It offers comforts such as a free Wireless DSL line and Satellite TV with all major international channels.

The new and modern kitchen is completely equipped (fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave, oven, coffe machine, etc). Bedlinen, towels and beach towels are also available. You will find two large wardrobes. Just beside the entrance you will find a little storage room for cleaning products, iron, iron board etc. Please be advised that due to the fact that the apartment is located on a fifth floor, you may take special care for children.

We can put a baby cot and a high chair at your disposal.

This excellent situation of the apartment allows you to enjoy a bath at the beach without crossing any road, there is a direct access to the beach.

On request you can rent a covered parking space nevertheless there is enough parking space on the road. We are happy to inform you about nearest restaurants, excursions, sports activities, sightseeing, etc.

Playa del Moro

This apartment was not easy to find initially, mainly due to our not being familiar with the Spanish road system, but very easy to find thereafter. The welcome, like the weather, was warm and sunny. We were even presented with a small but very useful welcome pack of essentials in the kitchen and fridge.

The apartment has lots of character and is very tastefully furnished, clean and modern. The facilities are excellent! It has a beautiful sea (and sunrise!) view and is situated directly above a small rocky beach area. There are a few restaurants and cafes nearby. The area is residential and very quiet with few tourists and it perfectly suited our needs for a relaxing holiday. The owner was available for any help and advice at all times and was extremely helpful in many ways.

Car hire is essential when staying here, but because of the apartment's location the rest of the island is more accessible. The owner even obtained undercover parking for the duration of our stay at a very reasonable rate.

We would definitely return and would highly recommend this apartment to family and friends.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer wunderbaren Lage, in direkter Fußnähe zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr modern und und zum Kochen und selbst verpflegen perfekt ausgestattet.

Toller Urlaub

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen! Ruhige, strandnahe Lage, mit Meerblick und das alles fernab von großen Touristenansammlungen. Die Ausstattung hat alles zu bieten, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, sodass die Wohnung der perfekte Ausgangspunkt ist, um mit dem Mietwagen die unzähligen sehenswerten Orte Teneriffas zu erkunden. Die Vermieterin spricht fließend deutsch, ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt wertvolle Tips.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartement mit phantastischem Ausblick in guter Lage

Das Apartement ist ueingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Tabaiba ist ein guter Ort, um von hier aus die Insel zu erkunden oder auch die Bademöglichkeiten hier und in Radazui zu genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit vor Ort und gute Busverbindung nach Santa Cruz.

gemütliche Wohnung in toller, zentraler Lage

Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und auf einem ausführlichen Rundgang in alle Gegebenheiten eingeführt. Die Wohnung selbst hatte alles, was man braucht, um sich den Urlaub perfekt zu gestalten. Tolle Einrichtung, viel Infomaterial, sehr viel Schrankplatz, gut ausgestattete Küche, auch Gewürze, Öle und Grundnahrungsmittel waren vorhanden. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das zweite Bad.

Morgens konnten wir unser Frühstück in der Sonne mit Blick auf Gran Canaria auf dem Balkon genießen.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir uns jederzeit an Isabel oder ihren Bruder wenden. Vielen Dank auch noch mal für die Reservierung im "El Clan". Das war ein wirklich gelungener Abend!

Das einzige, was verbessert werden könnte, sind die Matratzen. Wir haben jeden Federkern gespürt. Eine dickere Auflage würde schon Linderung verschaffen. Aber das tut unserem wunderschönen Urlaub keinen allzu großen Abbruch. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tabaiba Baja is located in the sunny north east of Tenerife, between Candelaria and the vibrant and culturally interesting capital of Santa Cruz. Both places are within easy reach by car within minutes. Tabaiba is far away from mass tourism. The Tenerife North Airport Los Rodeos is situated in a distance of about 15 kilometers and the Tenerife South Airport Reina Sofia about 50 kilometers.

The place is naturally grown and houses locals who appreciate the proximity to the capital Santa Cruz, and also among tourists Tabaiba is appreciated because of its quiet, central location. It is the ideal starting point for hikers, boaters, bikers ... A diving school is located nearby, just down the beach.

The German school is located in the upper part of Tabaiba.

The bus stop is only 100 meters away from the apartment, so you may not need a car to explore the island. Tabaiba and neighboring Radazul are enjoying a newly landscaped walkway with many benches offering beautiful views on the Atlantic Ocean. In the newly created bays you can swim, snorkel and dive. A beach just at the end of the promenade, called 'La Nea' also invites for a swim and relax, also for children.

Radazul and Tabaiba, they each have a diving school. Both places offer a good selection of restaurants and a supermarket in Tabaiba is reachable in a few minutes on foot. This supermarket is well sorted for everyday needs.

Various clinics and hospitals are in Santa Cruz (about 8 km away)

In 7 minutes you can reach by car the town called Candelaria, with its famous 'Black Madonna' in the Basilica. Candelaria offers local shops for shopping, bars, restaurants and a weekly market.

A spacious newly created beach is located on the pleasant promenade leading from Las Caletiallas to Candelaria.

Even the capital, Santa Cruz, with its port, the beautiful City Park, the impressive auditorium or its vibrant downtown is worth a visit. Also its cultural program is not to be underestimated. Santa Cruz is located just 8km away.

Other recommended beaches in the immediate vicinity are in Teresitas (direction Anaga Mountains behind Santa Cruz) in El Medano or Abades (direction south airport).

Pine forest: The Espranza forest can be reached by car on a country road in just 10 minutes. Many hiking and mountain bike trails start from here. This road continues to the Teide National Park, Spain's highest mountain (3 714 M)

The Anaga Mountains: In the eastern tip of Tenerife you will find the beautiful Anaga Rural Park which is special due to its geological structure and the high biodiversity of the ecological value of the island. The Anaga mountains that forms one of the three geologically oldest parts of the island, offers a charming landscape, hidden beaches, spectacular cliffs and lush laurel forests, which are evidence of the Mediterranean prehistoric times. Noteworthy in this natural area are countless different types of bird life as well as the well-preserved, quaint villages that are in complete harmony with its natural surroundings and where the few residents still live by traditional agriculture. Numerous trails lead through the Anaga Mountains. You can reach this area by car from Tabaiba in about 30 minutes.

Golf: The average annual temperature of 23 degrees and extraordinary courts, which were designed by the best in the world, will inspire you. There are nine excellent places to play golf in Tenerife.
