This spacious bungalow has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds (1 double and 2 twins) and is ideal for small groups or families. The house is modern and comfortable furnishings.
The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink and a large mirror. The second bedroom is equipped with two modern single beds and large mirrored wardrobe. The third bedroom has a modern high-quality, modern cabin bed (1 bed up top and 1 below bot of which are suitable for adults) and a fitted wardrobe. The holiday house is a 2nd modern daylight bathroom with bath / shower, sink and toilet. The modern dining kitchen is fully equiped with cooker, oven/grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and all necessary crockery. The modern living room has seating for up to 6 guests and has a second dining area with views to the rear garden and is equipped with a flat screen TV and a steroe system.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all guests.

Our 'Schwaben Häusle' is located in a beautiful residential area of the coastal town of Kirkcaldy, a short walk from the city center, yet extremely quiet at the end of a cul de sac and private road. Only a few minutes walk from the train station, from where trains to Edinburgh several times an hour drive (35 minutes).
The pleasant seaside village Kirkcaldy is situated on the Firth of Forth, opposite the capital, Edinburgh. Kirkcaldy has 3 beautiful, but very different parks. The Beveridge Park there with the rowing and pedal boats, the playground, the perfect solution for children, while the location right on the coast woodland park Ravenscraig Park with its originating from the 15th century. Ravenscraig Castle and castle wall a magnificent view over the Firth of Forth offers.
Kirkcaldy is the birthplace of the artist Jack Vettriano, and is proud to house one of the finest art galleries in Scotland with regularly changing exhibitions.
Kirkcaldy has 2 golf courses right in town (Dunnikier Park Kirkcaldy Golf Course) and since it is only about a 35 minute drive from St Andrews, Kirkcaldy is an ideal location for the 7 golf courses in St Andrews (home of golf) as also about 43 other places in Fife to discover.

the beautiful coast between St Andrews and Edinburgh (Fife Coastal Path) with its 150 km long coastal path, gorgeous beaches in Aberdour, Child Horn, Burntisland, Elie, St Andrews, Kingsbarns, the Tentsmuir nature reserve,
