About this property

This beautiful holiday home is located in the historic Rundwarf village of Rysum - voted the most beautiful village in Lower Saxony in 1998!
In our house there is a fully equipped, cozy kitchen with a fridge, ceramic hob and oven. Also in the kitchen you will find a music stereo system with an iPOD docking station and CD player. Here you can relax and pamper yourself on vacation.
You can spend the evening hours in the living room with 2 couches and digital color TV or on the beautiful 35 sqm terrace. Here you will be thrilled by the absolute tranquility of the village!
On the ground floor you sleep in a cozy cork-lined bedroom in a comfortable double bed (180 cm). Another bedroom is located on the upper floor and consists of another double bed (140 cm), so that 4 adults can easily stay in our house. The stylish shower room completes this oasis of wellbeing!
To explore the charming landscape, there are also 2 bicycles for adults including a child bike seat and a children's bike available free of charge. There are fresh rolls every morning at Bäcker Buchholz, which can be reached in 2 minutes on a short morning walk. About 50 meters from our semi-detached house there is a market place with enough parking spaces.

Leider sehr feuchtes Haus

Muffig riechend wegen feuchter Wände, Duschablauf mangelhaft, keine ausreichende Anzahl von Duschhandtüchern. Sämtliche Schränke mit Geschirr belegt, dadurch keine Möglichkeit für Vorräte. Die Lage ist sehr schön, gegenüber der Kirche - Glockengeläut muss man natürlich mögen. Insgesamt zu teuer.

Sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus in einem wirklich hübschen idyllischen Dorf. Das „Stranderlebnis“ hielt sich aber aufgrund des von Schlick dominierten Abschnittes bei Knock in Grenzen. Zum Fahrradfahren aber hervorragend geignet und viele nette Ausflugsziele in der näheren Umgebung, Emden, Greetsiel, Borkum… Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub!

Schönes Appartment im Herzen von Rysum.

Wir waren im April 2023 mit zwei Personen zu Gast in Rysum. Das Appartment liegt mitten im Ortskern in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Kirche und zur Mühle. Qualität und Ausstattung sind gut, hervorzuheben sind die umfangreiche Küchenausstattung und ein kleiner "Fuhrpark" an Fahrrädern. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation liefen über die Nachbarn. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Casa bellissima in un paese bellissimo

La casa di Timo sul sito di Vrbo è bellissima, ma dal vero è ancora più bella. Siamo stati molto bene. Pace e tranquillità in un paese, Rysum, che è davvero il più bello della zona. La casa è ben attrezzata e curata nei dettagli. Consigliatissima
