The apartment house is located in a quiet location in the resort Fazana to the beach is 200m and to the center of Fazana 300m where there are numerous restaurants grocery playgrounds, etc., you can reach everything super on foot. To the capital of Isti Pula is about 6 km where the airport is located. On our property a private parking is reserved for you. The air-conditioned modern apartment is located on the first floor and has 1 bedroom (2 persons) and 1 living area with sofa bed ideal for 2 children or 1 adult and kitchen satellite / LCD TV, bathroom and balcony with seating. The housing unit is very clean and comfortably furnished. Built in 2012, living space is about 38m ².

Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Wir haben zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) in dieser Ferienwohnung übernachtet. Frau und Herr Simic haben uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Die Sauberkeit ist PERFEKT. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Supermarkt und Pizzeria um die Ecke. Es gibt auch fußläufig einen Strand. Wir sind jedoch mit dem Auto zu einem anderen ca. 7 km entfernten Strand gefahren, weil uns dieser mehr zugesagt hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr sauberes Apartment, supernette Vermieter ,kurze Wege zum Meer ( 200 m)und zum Supermarkt ( 200

Gerne wieder. Schöner Strand mit Bäumen. Dorf mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Guter Standort für Ausflüge nach Pula, Porec, Rovinj....

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir haben sehr spontan gebucht(in der Nacht vor der geplanten Abreise) und wir haben sehr schnell eine Bestätigung bekommen. Nach Ankommen in der Unterkunft, wurden wir ganz herzlichst von Frau und Herr Simic empfangen. Die beiden sind einfach super zuvorkommend und sehr sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit bei jeder Frage. Man hat sich vom ersten Tag an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man zum Leben braucht und die angegebenen Entferungen, Strand, Einkaufen, etc. stimmen zu 1000%. Auf diesem Weg möchten wir auch nochmal der Familie Simic ganz herzlich dafür danken und auf ein Wiedersehen hoffen. Mit freundlichsten Grüßen, Familie Kandlin

Unterkunft in Ordnung, aber...

Wir (3 Erwachsene und ein Kind) haben 8 Tage in dieser Unterkunft unseren Urlaub verbracht! Die Vermieter waren nett, aber es gab einige Dinge die uns nicht gefallen haben! In den 8 Tagen wurden uns nicht einmal frisch gewaschene Handtücher gebracht bzw. vor die Eingangstür gestellt! Auch die Bettwäsche wurde nicht gewechselt! In der Anzeige ist eine Waschmaschine angegeben. Bei Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt das man je Waschgang 5€ Gebühr bezahlen muss! Sowas muss in der Anzeige angegeben werden, damit Urlauber keine negativen Überraschungen erwarten. Auch das zugesagte Bügeleisen wurde uns nicht gebracht! Kinderbett war nicht vorhanden, wir haben unser eigenes Kinderbett mitgenommen! Für 4 Erwachsene ist das Appartment definitiv zu klein. Am letzten Tag war das Wasser beim Duschen kalt! Vermutlich ist der Warmwasserspeicher zu klein für alle Appartments! Ansonsten 200m zum Strand, 100m zum Einkaufen! Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Der Strand ist perfekt für Kinder geeignet, nicht tief und feiner bis grober Kies, allerdings zum Schnorcheln oder Tauchen muss man sich einige Kilometer weiter umschauen!
