Clear, straight shapes and a lot of glass surfaces with a spacious layout make this super modern villa to a very special experience. On the ground floor are just a storeroom with washing machine and a guest toilet separate rooms. The rest is an open, light-filled space with high-quality, American kitchen, living room, staircase and dining area. On the garden and pool facing side there are large sliding glass elements that open the interior of the house to outside and thereby promote the feeling of spaciousness yet. In the upper area there are 3 bedrooms. All have direct access to the three-sided wraparound terrace, which is about 16 square meters in front of the master bedroom and has a large sun bed partial ocean view and landscape view. The master bedroom has a suite, the other two bedrooms, of which the smaller is equipped with a pull-out bed, share the second bathroom bathroom. The garden offers covered and open terraces, an outdoor shower and the 10 x 3.5 meter pool with waterfall shower / waterfall. Just as the interior and the garden is modern and high quality. Against overly curious glances of the neighbors privacy was mounted. The location on the outskirts of the "Zona Verde" So the protected green area is ideal, but since it is very quiet here, the path to the restaurants, the marina and the beach in the town center without problems can be covered on foot. Of course, towels, bed linen, crockery and cutlery are available as well as ironing board and - iron and at least a hair dryer.

Situated on the eastern edge of the Bay of Alcudia, the small, sleepy fishing village has developed in recent years become one of the most desirable coastal areas of the island. It is also called the Puert Andratx of the North. Arta that there are only a few kilometers. Both the mountains of the Tramuntana mountains and the mountains of the Mont Farrutx that overlook the city give a delightful contrast to the sea and an unforgettable panorama. Amusement parks can be found here no, but an original Tranquility coupled with discreet prosperity. And surrounded by natural attractions.

Golf: In about 25 km away you will find perhaps the most beautiful golf course in Mallorca. Club de Golf Alcanada Mallorca. This beautiful, sen by Robert Trent Jones. & Jun. designed golf course 'Club de Golf Alcanada' took his game mode for the first time on. 1 October 2003.. Typical Trent Jones features include the 58 well-placed bunkers on the greens and fairways and challenging greens with hidden breaks and difficult but fair tee shots. A must for all experienced golfers in Majorca! At least as spectacular as the golf course itself, the view over the bay of Alcudia, the player enjoys from almost every hole. The Club de Golf Alcanada is the only place on the island, which overlooks the sea. The lighthouse on the 150 m barrier island Alcanada is therefore also part of the logo and the name of the club. Harmony is the key: The golf course is set in beautiful natural surroundings, the pro shop was set up in the premises of an old finca so pure nature with various wild animals and rare species of birds that can be observed especially in the early morning on the golf course. All other amenities and facilities fit perfectly to this landscape. This unique atmosphere is complemented by the breathtaking views, you can enjoy from the terrace restaurant overlooking the golf course and the bay of Alcudia.
