Our Home is a brand new, urban-style loft townhome with a large master, 3rd level room, 2 alternate sleeping areas, 4 bathrooms, 2 outdoor patios, 1 outdoor propane fireplace and an oversized garage. The home comes equipped with digital internet and digital cable throughout.
Main level is one big open family/entertainment room, kitchen, dining area and hallway with sliding doors that open out to the rear patio. 1 couch in family room, 2 couches in den next to kitchen, 1 large dining table with 6 dining chairs.
2nd level includes 1 masterbedroom with Master Bath and king bed. 1 adjacent loft with full bathroom and large fold out futon.
Top level includes 1 full bathroom with Queen bed and french door to rooftop patio and outdoor fireplace.

Our sons moved to California shortly after finishing college in the summer of 1998 to experience life in the west. They quickly fell in love with the natural beauty, intoxicating climate, fast pace and activity rich lifestyle of southern California. After many years of living in southern california they each have children and now we have 2 grandchildren in the LA area.

This is the premier location in all of the Los Angeles greater metro area.... close to the beach, right next to Marina Del Rey , Venice and Santa Monica, and very convenient to LAX airport....a new community, with world class enhancements, including club house, pools, work-out facilities, parks, shopping, and security... plus an infastructure under development for schools and cultural magnets, .... in planning are work-live complexes, and it is a one mile bike ride to the best beaches in the world!
Staying at our townhouse property in Playa Vista you will enjoy the experience of living in a brand new planned community by the beach. You can enjoy the spacious outdoor areas, outdoor propane fire place and the BBQ grill. Playa Vista has one of the nicest outdoor community pools in Los Angeles and you can enjoy a hot tub and a health club. There is a quiet bike path to the ocean or Marina Del Ray (approximately 2 mile ride to the ocean). You will also enjoy the convenience of being in a safe neighborhood and a close walk to restaurants, bank, coffee bean, and boutique grocery store.
It's a wonderful place to stay here with family! The views, cuteness, style, layout, outdoor patios, pool, hot tub, outdoor BBQ and entertainment, outdoor fire place, open kitchen and high ceilings are always excellent!

My family and I felt in love with the house from the first glance. Very well furnished house with a fully equipped kitchen that made us feel just like home. The house comes with:
- Large garage that has all the laundry machines.
- Beautiful patio with plenty of seats and a brand new grill.
- Large balcony with fire place.
- Very large master bedroom with walking closet and large bathroom.
- 2 other bedrooms come with bathrooms.
If there is anything that the house might need improvement in, I would only say the bedding covers and pillows.
Property Manager “John” was very close and responsive to all concerns and issues we had during our stay. When we had an issue with the dish washer, he went right away and installed a brand new one. (Thank you John)
Playa Vista is a wonderful residential area. It is nice, quiet and safe. Landscaping there is overwhelming and the buildings are modernly designed. This townhouse is 7 minutes walking away from the community center, where you can find two swimming pools, gym and business center. Also, 5 minutes walking away from the Playa Vista medical center.
This was my first vacation rental experience, and we feel so lucky that we’ve found this property. We would love come back again.
Four of us stayed at John's place. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The place was clean and well taken care of. All the linens were upgraded and plentiful. We made great use of both balconies. It was quiet and convenient. The personal garage was roomy for both our cars and access was easy. We've stayed in playa before and this is our favorite place John was the best. Quick to respond and an all round great guy. We will definitely come back.
We rented this condo with another family (4 adults and 4 kids total). We knew going into it that there wasn't enough beds to support our group but the condo had a couch and futon which helped bridge the gap. The location is very close to Marina Del Rey which proved to be helpful for a sailing excursion we had. Although I comfortably walked and jogged to the beach, it is a healthy distance so less fit people may appreciate driving. We enjoyed use of the community pool and fitness center which is an extremely short walk from the condo. It was about a 30 minute drive to Disney, only 10 minutes from LAX and fairly close to Santa Monica. We were disappointed that the outdoor grill had some significant rust issues on the cooking surface. Also, our agreement stated our rental included use of 2 bikes but we learned after our arrival that we were not allowed to use them without providing an additional deposit. Although the condo had opportunities for improvement, all in all it was a good home base and a fair price for a successful California adventure.
Awesome location and brand new home with excellent appliances. John was easy to work with. We loved the neighborhood and quality of finishes in the home.
Ranks a top 10 vacation spot. Great for family meals.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at your property - John made the reservation and check in a breeze and the property was even better than advertised. Playa Vista is amazing, the parks, the bike path to the beach, the free shuttles, stores, tennis, pools, etc... We never wanted to leave and we will be back. Thanks for a terrific vacation / family visit.
