This 4 room apt. is located just 3 blocks from the heart of Prague’s historic center -- old town square. Private and quiet, it fronts on a garden and adjacent arcade and loggia. It is next to the small and silent, misty winding streets of the old town, as well as blocks away from the most popular nightspots and many of the city’s best restaurants.
The apartment is fully renovated and fully furnished. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the master bedroom has a super-king-sized bed which separates to 2 single beds, plus a living room (with sofa bed) and a kitchen. The living room and master bedroom look to the garden, where it is also possible to sit and relax or eat. A free parking lot is located around the corner from the apartment. The metro is a 5 min. walk. The area is very safe.
The house dates back to gothic times, and has historic details and a magnificent hand-carved late renaissance balustrade in the entry of the building. The city's most popular and visited places -- the Charle's bridge, old town square, the great Parizska street, and Wencelslaus square (shopping district) are all minutes away by foot.
The apt. comfortably sleeps up to 2 couples, and there are also numerous sofa beds for children or guests.

I chose to buy a vacation rental in this location because of the profound historical value and fantastic location - blocks away from the old town square, which is the heart of the old town, that means it's located within of the best restaurants and most popular 'hotspots'-- but the house is located on quiet, winding, ancient street.
You are in the very heart of the historic old town, so all of the great sites are just beyond your doorstep.
We loved this apartment! Spent 5 nights there with our 10 and 12 year old boys and couldn't have been happier. The wood fire was a bonus which we all enjoyed after a long day of walking in cold weather. The apartment is so convenient to everything we didn't need to use any public transport as we could walk everywhere for the days we spent in Prague. (We did a couple of day trips out to Cesky Krumlov and Terezin by bus). The owners were easy to communicate with and organised our airport pick up and drop off - everything ran so smoothly. We would definitely recommend Abbot's to anyone spending time in Prague.
Great location! Fantastic setting and comfort. Contact people were courteous and dependable. Will most certainly return and recommend. Thank you!
Just returned from a week long stay at this lovely apartment...we hated to leave. The location is perfect, minutes from Old Town Square, surrounded by restaurants, attractions and stores...everything is literally outside the door, but just far enough away from the craziness of Old Town Square. Booking was a breeze, we were always in contact, they arranged transportation to and from the airport. This was the first time i had booked on VRBO and was a little nervous about not being disappointed with our choice and we definitely were not. The apartment was spacious, clean...it has old, antique furniture, which is part of the charm, that's exactly what we wanted. They provided a binder with lots of info, WIFI, TV (didn't even turn it on so don't know if it works). The only thing was that you needed to unlock 3 different locks to actually get in, maybe the only challenge we had. It is on the main floor, so easy access with lugging suitcases. There are renovations currently going on in this building and looks like a work in progress but once inside the apartment, its fine. We basically slept there, we were out enjoying this amazing city the entire time. Thanks to Diana who was very helpful and made me feel at ease prior to my trip answering all my questions. I would definitely book this place again!
Robin and Peter arranged our transportation to and from the train station. We were met at the apartment which is charming and cozy. There is a wonderful book with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations and directions. The apartment is very well equipped and we even enjoyed a fire in the fireplace! It is also well located, a very short walk to the Old Town Square. After a long day of sightseeing it was a treat to relax and soak in the tub in the beautifully renovated bathroom. On our last day, our train didn't leave until 5:00 so we wanted to enjoy the day, but didn't know what to do with our luggage. Robin and Peter were incredibly accommodating, and Robin came to the apartment to open the garage for us so we could store our luggage for the day. These two gentlemen provided top notch service and hospitality!
We just moved to Europe this year and wanted to take my Mom who is visiting someplace close by for 2 days of amazing sightseeing. Prague was a HIT! And this apartment was as well. We were met at the apartment by Robin and his associate, Peter and they both were very friendly and eager to help us get acquainted. We unfortunately had a small issue finding a parking space and I just happened to be short on paying the remaining balance to secure the apartment. NOT A PROBLEM! Right away, Robin and his colleague offered to walk with us to the ATM and ride with us back to the lot where we did find a spot to park after all. The house is completely renovated without lacking old world charm. The courtyard was quiet and blooming with gorgeous flowers. We walked EVERYWHERE without having to hail a cab or utilize transit. There is an INFO book he has put together of restaurant recommendations and we chose the Irish Pub across the street for lunch which was GREAT! We also chose Pizza Nuova for dinner which was the best meal we had in Prague! Unlimited gourmet pizza and pasta sampling with amazing wine...how could that be bad?! When we came back to settle in, the Irish Bar was hopping with noise but once we got inside the doors, it was like we were blocks away. We slept sound all through the night and rested and ready for day 2! My only complaint would be that we didn't stay an extra night. Maybe next time...
Charming "old world" apartment in perfect location in Prague. Situated near the best restaurants and boulangeries, and within a couple of blocks of Old Town Square. Warm, very clean and inviting rooms... even included a much appreciated fireplace when the temp during our visit reached 19 degrees! Robin was extremely helpful with and reactive to all questions/requests. Highly recommend and would book again without any hesitation.
