The beautiful, spacious property with private villa and apartment-studio (135 + 30 sqm) is located on one level and is comfortably laid out and spacious.

The location in the upscale palm-lined residential area of ​​Costa Teguise, which offers both tranquility as within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, bank and the beaches. And in ten minutes by car you are at the golf course or the former home of the famous artist César Manrique (now one of the cultural highlights of Lanzarote). Living in the environment long-term tenant or owner, it is not a typical tourist area.

Our estate is sheltered in the hilly area. In the neighborhood there are plenty of opportunities for shopping in predominantly planted with palm trees, wide footpaths and walkways for pedestrians and joggers.

Shower, towels and kitchen and bed linen are available in the house.

Pool, garden and house are year-round regularly maintained by a multilingual caretaker-couple. Upon request and for an additional fee there is the opportunity for those who are two or more weeks in the house, to rent a weekly change of linen and a weekly house cleaning to do so.

Beautiful and well equipped Villa

The Villa is beautifully laid out and very well equipped. Works of art on the walls elevate it from being a rental property to a family home. The pill and courtyard are superb and lend them selves to a lot of partying! It is also an ideal location if you prefer the north of Lanzarote with the surfing in Fumara, cycling in Graciosa and the ever charming Teguise.

5* Villa

As an extended family of 9 we chose this villa as there was the option of a studio and house for extra room. This villa was absolutely fabulous and exceeded all our expectations. From start to finish the communication with Jorge was top class. He answered all our queries immediately and nothing was too much trouble. The photo's don't really do it justice, it is on a large plot which is well maintained and has lots of added benefits. From awnings, plenty of outdoor furniture, electric grill, plenty of quality glasses and beautiful fittings and furniture. It is also only a 20 minute walk to the Market Square or a 5 minute walk to the taxi rank which costs under €3 to get into Market Square. A really quiet residential location and the management company were first class and lovely to deal with. We can't wait to come back!!!

Toller Aufenthalt über die Osterfeiertage!

Wir hatten über Ostern 2017 mit 6 Personen (4 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Yuca 13. Schon nach kurzer Zeit haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und der Abschied am Ende des Urlaubs fiel uns nicht leicht! Das gesamte Anwesen ist in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand und die Räumlichkeiten sind bestens ausgestattet und ebenso geschmackvoll wie hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Swimmingpool war unser Highlight - durch die gut funktionierende Solarheizung und die Thermo-Abdeckung ist er auch bei kühleren Außentemperaturen nutzbar und angenehm warm, einfach herrlich! Die Entfernung zum Strand, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zu Restaurants ist ideal - man wohnt ruhig und ist doch in wenigen Minuten mitten im Geschehen. Auch für Ausflüge auf der Insel ist die Lage perfekt, da man von hier aus alle Orte auf der Insel in relativ kurzer Zeit erreichen kann. Wir können die Villa Yuca 13 auf alle Fälle uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und hoffentlich auch selbst bald wieder dort zu Besuch sein!

Tolle Villa in angenehmer Lage!

Sehr schönes Anwesen. Top gepflegt! Endlich alles da, was man braucht und noch mehr darüber hinaus. Herrlich warmer Pool sogar im Winter. Sehr ruhig gelegen aber alles in Spaziergangentfernung zu erreichen. Egal ob Strände oder der Ort selbst. Wir können die Villa nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Lanzarote selbst ist sowieso eine (oder zwei?) Reisen wert!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Dezember

Wir waren im Dezember zu viert eine Woche auf Lanzarote. Das Wetter war durchweg gut, kein Regen. Das Anwesen war sehr gepflegt und auch der Pool war sehr sauber. Das Gartenappartement gegenüber dem Haupthaus hat ein großzügiges Schlafzimmer und ist mit eigener Küche, Bad und WC komplett unabhängig, was sehr praktisch war, wenn ich Zeit ohne die Gruppe verbringen wollte.

Auf der Insel gab es zahlreiche gute Restaurants, die sehr preisgünstig sind. Allgemein gibt es in den Restaurants ein gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Auffallend ist der Einfluss des Künstlers Cesar Manrique, der verhindern konnte, dass die Insel zubetoniert wurde und der selbst an vielen Orten seine Kunstwerke plaziert hat. Es war ein gelungener sommerlicher Urlaub im Winter
