Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung

Saubere und moderne Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern (2 Schlafzimmer im Souterrain, 1 Schlafzimmer im EG), einem großen Bad (im Souterrain) und einem kleinen Gäste-WC im EG, einem Wohnzimmer/Essküche und die Möglichkeit auf eine schöne Terrasse zu gehen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Komplex mit noch anderen Wohneinheiten, wirkt aber nicht überfrachtet und laut ist es auch nicht. Zum Meer sind es nur 10min Fußweg, quasi nur über die Düne rüber und wieder herunter. Frische Brötchen und Co. lassen sich im 5min entfernt gelegen Supermarkt des Campingplatzes zu Fuß bequem holen.

Wohlfühl-Tage

Die FeWo von 95 qm haben wir uns als Paar gegönnt. So konnten wir die helle, moderne und funktionell bestens ausgestattete saubere Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen richtig geniessen. Auch der Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse war gemütlich und die Straße wurde vorwiegend von Radlern und Fußgängern genutzt. Der Aufenthalt war rundrum schön.

Alles Gut

Wir hatten einige angenehme sehr schönen Tage in Dishoek. Im Grunde hat alles rund um die Anmietung gut geklappt. Der Vermieter war sehr flexible bzgl. Der Abreisezeit. Ich möchte anregen in der Beschreibung der Wohnung klarer zu erwähnen das 2 Schlafräume eindeutig Kellerräume sind und über absolut keine Möglichkeit verfügen nach draußen zu gucken. Nach deutschem Baurecht wären die Räumlichkeiten nicht als Wohnräume zulässig. Unter diesem Gesichtspunkt finde ich den Gesamtpreis zu hoch.
