This luxurious villa, completed in 2010, leaves nothing to be desired. Easily accessible by car or plane, it is located in Veliko Brdo, above Makarska, on the Croatian Riviera. Enjoy your vacation in this modern and well-kept property, in the middle of olive trees, with a view of the sea and the famous Croatian islands of Hvar and Brac.

Veliko Brdo is the name of the small village above Makarska, at the foot of the Biokovo Mountains. The villa, which can comfortably accommodate 4 - 6 people, also includes an outdoor parking space and a garage.
The large living and dining room with satellite TV, music system and lap top with internet access invite you to linger. With the help of the practical, fully equipped kitchen, you can also spoil yourself and your guests with culinary delights during your vacation. If necessary, you can wash your laundry in a modern washing machine and let it dry quickly with the help of the wonderfully warm Mediterranean wind. Or just traditionally dry with a tumbler. If necessary, an iron is of course also available. In the house you will find three comfortably furnished double rooms with private bath / shower and toilet. Each room has a balcony with a sea view.
The covered seating area with an illuminated outdoor fireplace (for barbecuing) and the large garden seating area are in the immediate vicinity of the also illuminated swimming pool, which is equipped with a small waterfall.
The distance to the sea is about 1.5 kilometers. Walking down to the sea is not a problem (about ten minutes), but back up to the house is more of an exercise for athletes considering the incline! There are enough parking spaces near the beach promenade (for a fee).
