Seaside townhouse, well maintained and tastefully furnished. It is a 1 minute by walk on foot to the beach, where you will find different restaurants. The house features a small pool. 5 to 3 mts. Southern sea view from the bedroom and the living room. The house has been renovated 2 years ago and is in good conditions. The house has not been rented yet, but rather just been used by the owner. TV and WiFi are provided. All rooms have aircondition.

Great accommodation in perfect location for VDL amenities

The location and description matched those on the site and we were kindly allowed to check in early. We understand that this was one of the first times the owner had let the property and it was very clean and well maintained. Having used many villas in our time and particularly VDL it is perfectly placed for the restaurants, beach, bar and Golf. The pool is a great facility for the children and the balcony great for an evening in with friends.

The only reason I haven't given it a 5 star rating is that many Villas provide tea, coffee, milk etc as a welcome just is case you haven't had time to get to the shops. I'm sure the owner can easily remedy this. There was an incident with a golf ball breaking a window (likely to happen directly adjacent to the golf course) which did end up taking up valuable vacation time but I'm sure, after this experience, the management team will put a process in place which limits clients involvement. These two things aside it would have been 5 star.

I would certainly recommend this Villa if you want to make the most of VDL

Es war wirklich wunderschön. Das Haus ist sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht und mehr. Die Beschreibung entsprach voll und ganz der Realität und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat auch reiblungslos funktioniert. Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen hauseigenen Pool oder am Strand, der quasi vor der Nase liegt, und zwei ruhige Wochen verleben.

Man sollte sich nur unbedingt rechtzeitig einen Mietwagen reservieren, wenn man Portugal näher erkunden möchte.

Notes:
Casa Dom Pedro is a classic town house in the heart of Vale do Lobo and just 100 mts from the beach and the fabulous restaurants of the “Praça”. It is the perfect base for a relaxing beach holiday with the added bonus of a private plunge pool and ideal for small families. Although a car may not be necessary on a daily basis this villa is well located for exploring the beautiful Algarve coastline and sleepy hill side villages and markets. First floor living room with dining area and open plan modern kitchen and balcony overlooking the pool terrace. Two flights of steps down from the main living area is a large twin bedroom with en suite shower room. This bedroom has patio door that lead out to the pool terrace. One level up from the main living area is a second large twin bedroom with adjacent full bathroom. On the next level up is a twin bedroom with access to the roof terrace which has sea views. The plunge pool measures 6mts x 3mts and is located in a walled south facing sunny
