The romantic village of Bunyola is situated at the foot of the scenic Tramuntana mountains. Bunyola is a perfect starting point for hiking and biking tours. Palma is 20 minutes away.

The village House no. 11 is located uphill on a stone staircase in the old part. The living area is approximately 80 square meters on three floors. (. 1 Floor dining room / kitchen / patio -. 2 Floor work / living room / bathroom. 3 Floor bedroom and roof terrace).

The house is over a hundred years old, rustic and romantic. With great effort, it was fully renovated in 2016. It is equipped with washing machine, gas stove and a satellite TV.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped, ie Fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, gas stove, etc. are available.

Bathroom: The bathroom has a bath / shower, toilet and two sinks. In the adjacent room is the water heater and the washing machine.

Bedroom: This room has a double bed and a large wardrobe.

Dining room: Cosy bench to rest, large dining table, sideboard for dishes.

Towels are in the white chest outside the bathroom. Sheets and towels are laid ready.

Additional notes: Shopping - In the village there are two large supermarkets. Highly recommended (even for the purchase of Baguette / the croissants for breakfast!) is the baker opposite the church. Saturday is market day on the skin square outside the church.

Fish is the best place fresh (8 km) away, turn left before the church at the grocery store in Santa Maria. The SYP market is located in Santa Maria on the big Placa. On Sundays, there is a very nice market.

Restaurants: In Bunyola are small bars and restaurants opposite the church. At the exit (direction Palma) is a pizzeria serving excellent Majorcan and Italian dishes.

At the C 711 towards Soller is a well frequented restaurant about 1km nch.

On the road to Santa Maria is located about 5 km away an old mill with an excellent (German-led) Restaurant Moli des Torrent names, but a bit high priced. Preorder advisable.

Many and good are the deals in Port de Soller (z. B. Restaurant CasPages - Mallorcinische kitchen with great view of the overhead deck on the harbor, it Traves 14).

Lovely house, very charming and comfortable

Very well located, we really enjoyed staying at the house. Everything was in order. And it's all very charming.

The only bad point - there is no air conditioning and it can get very hot on those summer days.

Ein kleines Schmuckstück mitten in Bunyola

Ein gemütliches liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Dorfhaus in einem idyllischen Ort. Wir haben die Zeit in Bunyola sehr genossen, unter anderem auch, weil wir ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Feriendomizil bekommen haben. Das Haus hat alles, um ruhige Tage verbringen zu können. Die Küche ist so bestückt, dass wir alles, was uns in den Sinn kam, kochen konnten, die Zutaten gab es beim gut sortierten Supermarkt um die Ecke. Nach dem Einkauf ein kleines kühles Bier auf dem Dorfplatz war immer sehr unterhaltsam.

Die vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellten Informationen zum Haus, Dorf und Umgebung waren sehr hilfreich und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr unkompliziert und immer freundlich.

Das Haus ist nicht für gehbeeinträchtigte Urlauber geeignet, da es zum Haus einige Treppenstufen hinauf sind. Dies hat jedoch den Vorteil, dass kein Verkehrslärm zu hören ist. Den öffentlichen Parkplatz kann man gut erreichen und wir haben immer einen Stellplatz gefunden.

Beim nächsten Urlaub in Bunyola werden wir wieder dieses Haus buchen.

Urlaub für Genießer

Eine Unterkunft für jene die einen authentischen Mallorca Urlaub suchen, fernab von Touristenmassen.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und alles was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt, ist vorhanden. Der Vermieter war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns hilfreiche Informationen und Tipps gegeben.

Bunyola ist gut als Ausganspunkt für Wanderungen, Ausflüge...

In den kleinen Bars/Restaurants im Ort kann man sehr gut essen und wird sehr freundlich bedient. Auf dem Marktplatz ist WiFi kostenlos.

Zum Parken am besten gleich den öffentlichen Parkplatz anfahren (ca. 5 Gehminuten)...im Ort ist es sehr eng und fast immer belegt.

Relaxing holiday in a beautiful house!

The house is really tastefully renovated and we spent a pleasant holiday there. We really did not miss anything since all the necessary things for a longer stay were there (washing machine, well equipped kitchen, enough towels,...). It also has a lot of space to sit, write, read and eat with a sun terrace, a small courtyard, and a dining room. Everything was clean and tidy at our arrival.

Since the house is situated beside stairs you can’t park your car directly at the house and finding a close parking spot especially in the late evening can sometimes take some time.

The communication with the landlord was nice and uncomplicated and he provided us with all the necessary information and some good tips as well.

Bunyola has some cafeterias and a good bakery around the main square and a supermarket within short walking distance. It is in a quieter part of the island and a good base for day trips in the area(or in fact the whole island).

It is overall a very nice house and we are happy to have spent our holiday there!
