New modern first-line house in Can Picafort. The sea is only crossing the boulevard from this comfortable family home. From your terrace and living room you have a great view over the sports harbor. At the open front side terrace you will enjoy having great breakfasts while you see the sun slowly coming up over the sea. After your breakfast it is just a tiny walk for you morning swim. This property is situated in the quieter residential zone from Can Picafort. Nevertheless all shops, restaurants, bars and great beaches are in walking distance.

In the house you will find comfortable living space for five persons. On the ground floor is your modern kitchen and living-room with view on the sea and the harbor. From the living-room big double sliding-doors lead you to your private terrace. From the terrace you have direct access to the boulevard. The kitchen is equipped with all you would need during your stay, refrigerator, oven, hub, microwave-oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

On the first floor are two double bedrooms and one single room. Two very stylish bathrooms, one on each floor, complete your holiday home.

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Wir waren eine Woche in dem tollen Ferienhaus in Can Picafort! Das Haus ist wunderschön, neu und sehr sauber! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Vom Elternschlafzimmer hat man schon frühs beim Aufstehen einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus liegt direkt am Hafen von dort aus kann man Ausflüge mit dem Schiff buchen (Cap Formentor usw.)

Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am tollen Sandstrand, hier haben wir uns jeden Tag zwei Liegen mit Schirm und Safe gemietet für nur 13,50 am Tag! Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars und die Einkaufsstraße liegen quasi um die Ecke, man erreicht alles super zu Fuß. Wir waren sehr oft im Don Denis essen, das liegt ca. 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt ,rechts vom Hafen! Hier kann man auf der wunderschönen Terasse den Abend mit leckeren Tapas & Wein ausklingen lassen!

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Can Picafort is a popular seaside resort in northern Majorca. The stunning sandy beach is right in the center and extends to Port d'Alcudia on about 12 km. If you like, so you can walk along the bay and possibly go back by bus. In Can Picafort itself, there are many restaurants and bars and also the night owls come in the discos at their expense. A visit to the old town of Alcudia is worthwhile in any case: the old town with its ancient walls and every Tuesday and Sunday held market attracts the Mallorcan as well as the tourists. For nature lovers, a trip to the park Natural Albufera offers habitats of different species of birds and to explore the park on foot or by bicycle.

The water sports enthusiasts will get on the north coast of course get their money: sailing, surfing, kite surfing, diving, boat trips etc. are available anywhere.
