In the smaller bedroom can be found next to the double bed and a baby bed with a comfortable Matteraze for the little ones. The cot is a travel cot with Matterazze. In the small bedroom there is a wardrobe where you can store your suitcases and clothes comfortably. The living room is 35sqm with its very spacious and divided a dining and living area on. In the dining area there is a pull-out table with 8 chairs like a Child chair. In the living room next to the sofa bed and pull-out sofa bed you will find a table. A flat screen TV and DVD player invite to relaxed evenings television.

Strongly recommend

The description of the place was rather accurate, pictures are true- The apartment is spacious, light and comfortable. Except for, I didn't realize there was only one toilet. The building itself is a candy for an eye. Nice little garden/yard where we had picnics several times. Pity, you are not allowed to have a BBQ there (for the sake of fire security). The kitchen was well equipped. There are also various beach toys in the closet-umbrella, beach mats. Balconies are just great for an after-kids-go-to-bed rest with a glass of Rose, watching the Lighthouse rays. Spectacular-spectacular!

The location is good. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Not very hilly on your way back- essential when you come back from a beach with whining kids;) Awesome park (Pawline Jardine) on your way and the great restaurant (Voi Zemoi) delicious pizza and croissants. The drug store and a supermarket in a close vicinity. Bakery and poissonerie just there. Those vegetables and fruits...mmmmm.

Public transportation is good to go to sleepless Antibes and Cannes, and trains to go to Nice, Monaco within 1hr (still it is helpful to learn the timetable).

I also rented (Avenue President Wilson) a motorbike to go to Graas and then bikes with the baby chair to ride around JlP and Antibes and Cap d'Antibes-gorgeous views. Go in the morning! Top of serenity ! My son and I enjoyed it a lot.

Juan-les-Pins is wonderful for me and my family needs. It is lively enough for me, to go out you can hit center of JlP or Antibes. Marry-go-round, parks and cleanest sea for my kids. After JlP I went on a road trip along Côte d'Azur. I saw St.Maxime and St.Tropes and farther towards Toulon, I realized my choice for Juan-les-Pins was the best!

There were some trifle inconvenience for me, though. Stairs are hard to handle with shopping bags and a baby all together. I could not find a baby cot for my 18 months-old there (only a bed for an adult kid). And a clean lady would be a treasure at least twice a week.

The landlords have been unforgettably helpful and sweet all the way through. Magdalena is the nicest landlady I ever dealt with. They prepared everything all right for our visit. I was surprised by the welcoming red wine when we came:)

I enjoyed staying in your place a lot and shall strongly recommend your accommodation to my friends and acquaintances. I wish you guys the best!

Logement très bien situé

Le propriétaire a tout de suite réagi à la demande de location Ce que nous avons apprécié étant donné que nous avons réservé peu de temps avant le voyage. Il nous a également contacté pour savoir quand nous arriverions et pour nous dire que l'appartement était prêt. C'était vraiment sympatique de sa part.

Les informations concernant les dates libre étaient bien à jour sur le site.

Concernant l'appartement, nous n'avons rien à redire. Il est suffisament bien agencé et notre petite fille de 2.5 ans avait beaucoup de place pour jouer.

L'appartement est situé près d'un parc où les enfants peuvent jouer.

Les plages privés ou publics et le centre ville sont atteignables à pied en env. 10 minutes. Nous n'avons pratiquement pas utilisé la voiture. Nous l'avons laissésur la place de parc de la résidence.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist wirklich traumhaft schön, an einem Hang gelegen, mit schönem Ausblick. Sie ist in einem historischen Gebäude, sehr geräumig mit hohen Decken, hell und sehr schön eingerichtet. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestellen für Ausflüge in die Umgebung sind ebenfalls in 5 min zu erreichen. Abends kann man am Strand essen, an der Strandpromenade flanieren oder durch das Städtchen bummeln. Es gibt viele Restaurants, so dass man nicht kochen muss, wenn man das nicht möchte. Ich habe den Urlaub dort sehr genossen und kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Excellent apartment, spacious and well-located

We really enjoyed our stay in Palais Splendide! Light, spacious and well-equipped apartment, close to the beach and boulevard. Private parking space on the grounds of the apartment complex. We were welcomed by a very nice lady and the communication with the owners via email was excellent.
