Large restored village house. Ca 360qm, consisting of a main house and guest house. In the patio surrounding the pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a covered dining area with barbecue of vines, two old wells and an old stone oven. In addition, it has a covered terrace.

Both houses are high-quality and are inhabited by the owner several weeks each year.

Main house:

The 3 bedrooms in the main house have air conditioning and are equipped with a double bed. There are two large bathrooms. The main house is habitable 12 months since a new oil-fired central heating system was installed and two open fireplaces are also available.

The kitchen is fully equipped (gas stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 fridges). Besides lying pantry and laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board, iron and clothes horse.

In the upper living room is the satellite TV.

Guest house:

In the guest house there are two bedrooms each with a double bed plus another bed in the larger rooms such as a bathroom and billiard room ..

The nearest supermarket is 200 meters away, the bakers about 100 meters.

Due to the central location of the resort destinations such as Palma, the airport and the nearest beach can be reached in 20 minutes.

Sorry, no pets or smoking are allowed inside the house. For small children, the house is not necessarily suitable for safety reasons.

In low season, only the main house for up to 6 people can be rented. For the entire complex for up to 10 people, the prices of the price list.

The small town with its quiet streets is a true haven, seemingly infinitely far away from the bustling city and the hotel is full of tourist destinations. Coming from Palma or from one of the places on the east coast, you might think to have landed in another world, or at least on another island, and yet all this is just 20 km away.

During a walk through the village to learn the original, the 'other' Mallorca know, of whose beauty many of the tourists unfortunately still have no idea.

Every Tuesday will be held in the center of the market, which is surrounded by several cafés with beautiful terraces and restaurants, not to mention the newsagent with reading selections in different languages.

Porreres is known for its wine and sweet juicy apricots. Wine tasting can be carried out in the bodega.


When visiting the place you should visit the parish church of Nuestra Senyora de la Consolació.
