There are only 150 m to the beach 'Praia Ingrina', 1,5 km to the Praia Zavial, 3.5 km from Raposeira, 7 km to the administrative center of Vila do Bispo and 15 km to Sagres, is part of the nature park 'Costa Vicentina'. Vila do Bispo has everything your heart desires: shops, restaurants, bars, post office, church, farmers market, supermarkets, etc. The town has largely preserved its original, traditional Portuguese character.
Southwest Alentejo and Vicentine Coast Natural Park.
The natural park Costa Vicentina with its rocky coast is a unique jewel in Europe. This largely spared by tourism region offers everything a nature lover wants. Countless beaches with powdery sand alternate with the same steep cliff.
Surf Paradise Badeparadies: The west coast north of Sagres, with its waves is an ideal surfer's paradise, the south coast, however, shows an equally Mediterranean side and is ideal for swimming. The Praia Ingrina is particularly popular with families with young children, because the waves are not so high here even in high winds. The Praia Zavial is popular with surfers, as well as followers of naturist (separate area).
Here really comes each at its own expense. More than 300 sunny days allow year-round outdoor activities of all kinds. Cliff walks are just as popular, drive like all forms of water sports, bike, play golf or simply the study of the remarkable history of the region and in particular its seafarers.
Sports, beach holidays, cultural holidays: relax: Surfing

Cordoama and Castelejo on the west coast and about 15 minutes away and Praia Amado and Bodeira direction Aljezur (about 30 min.)
In the Algrave offer for mountain biking or just 'cycling' unlimited possibilities. In the huge conservation area, the Costa Vicentina, and the Sierra de Monchique there is something for every type of cyclist. There are incredibly beautiful, many and varied possibilities to go by bike. The network of bicycle paths is constantly being expanded.
The Algarve offers a relatively small space for every taste: rock climbing on cliffs along the sea or steep climbs in the mountains. Running through the forest or the blazing sun, way at the edge of a lake or better yet walking across country?
