We are skiers and like to ski in the Northeast or out West during the season.
Using the condo during the ski season is impossible so we have chosen to offer it for rent to those folks who dislike winter and desire a cozy, warm environment during the cold weather months.
Lately we are finding grandchildren taking up most of our free time so travel to the condo has diminished making it more available for rentals.

The Palm Beach area is rich in a variety of activities such as golf, boating, swimming, tennis, performing arts, shopping, etc. By being only 10 minutes from the West Palm Beach International Airport, travel time is minimized.
The most unique benefit is the million dollar view from our living room, terrace and both bedrooms. The condo building is situated on the shores of the Intracoastal waterway in an area where the view is very tropical. The waterway is extremely wide at this point and watching the boats travel up and down the center channel with Palm Beach Island in the backgound is the prime reason we fell in love with this unit.
Because we are on the water and the third floor, there is always a pleasant breeze
