Marques de Comillas is a beautiful villa on 2 levels. Large windows on the premises plenty of natural light and an airy feel. The EC is equipped with parquet floors and air conditioning + central heating. The ground floor has a spacious living room with sliding glass doors to the covered terrace. The dining room is very tastefully decorated, a staircase leads to the first floor here. The modern kitchen with large island also offers seating, and there is also a laundry room and a guest toilet. One bedroom with twin beds and full bath (shower and bathtub) en suite and access to the outside complete the ground floor.

Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom with two double beds put together as single beds, with dressing room and a fantastic en-suite bathroom which has a large Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The room has access to an outdoor terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. Furthermore this floor offers a further double room with 2 single beds and one double. Both bedrooms have bathrooms en suite with Jacuzzi tub and a small terrace.

The garden and pool area is located at the back of the house and offers privacy. The lovely terrace is partly covered and equipped with fine wooden furniture, it is a mobile barbecue and an outdoor sink. Here is the ideal place for cozy evenings in the warm summer air. The beautiful, built with Roman steps pool (7m x 4m, depth 0. 60m - 1st 60m) is surrounded by lawns and shady trees, among which can relax in the sun loungers and read a book and simply times the work stress behind can be. The house is fully fenced. On the property there is space for 2 cars.

Towels and cleaning For stays up to 7 days a change of towels in the week, as well as easy cleaning in between. For longer stays once a week linen and towel change every easy intermediate cleaning. This beautiful villa is excellent in Cala D'Or in a central location, the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Gran there are less than 60 meters, and the center of Cala D'Or is scarce 200 meters away. Thus, the hotel offers a quiet yet central location. A variety of restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance. In and around Cala D'Or, there are numerous small sandy coves. A variety of water sports and boat trips along the picturesque south-eastern coast are offered and the romatnischen, yet authentic fishing villages like Porto Petro, Porto Colom and Cala Figuera are easily accessible by car. Also the beautiful nature reserve Mondrago with its 2 sandy beaches, with türquis shimmering water, is just a few kilometers away. Die Balearenregierung hat eine Steuer mit der Bezeichnung "Steuer für touristische Aufenthalte" eingeführt (besser bekannt als die "Ökosteuer), die ab dem 01.07.2016 in Kraft getreten ist. Es betrifft alle Personen ab 16 Jahren. Kinder und Jugendliche unter 16 Jahren zahlen keine Ökosteuer.
