beautiful house

The house had plenty of space for my family of five. It was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed riding the two bikes to the beach and shops. The pool and patio was nice. we had a great time and would rent this property again.

Great holiday

Beautiful house and most important for us , clean and arranged with little detail as we meant for the kids !

They safe us with crib and height chair for feeding baby's !

owners or agent are really pleasant , and help us with every question that we head !

Loved this place!

The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean, modern, nice amenities. Great house for families with a special room for kids and plenty of pool/beach toys in the garage. The private beach access was a close drive, and a beautiful beach. Tons of stores/restaurants close by. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing Home!

The home was beyond expectation. The main 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom, with double sinks. The home was so roomy with all amenities you could use, including a large kitchen. The pool area and pool itself could not have been better. Short drive to main Naples activities/shopping. Highly recommend.

Excellent house in perfect location

We stayed in this house over X-mas with two small kids (3 and 6). Lovely house in a very nice location. House, interior, amenities, location exactly as described. The property was very clean and the house felt brand new. Layout on one floor was brilliant (especially if you have small kids). Lovely pool area with high quality chairs and BBQ. Sun from 0900 to 1700, but still plenty of shade if that is your preference.

Short drive to all of Naples. You can walk to the nearby Fresh Market. Complimentary parking at Park Shore beach also very convenient.

The owner/agent was easy to work with and provided lots of useful information. I would definitely recommend this property to people visiting the beautiful city of Naples and we will hopefully stay in this house again.

The Villa Venetian Bay is ideally and centrally situated in the quiet and exclusive community Park Shore. From here you can reach within walking distance the private beach access at the Gulf Shore Boulevard, which you can enter as a renter with the membership card which is provided. Also a free of charge private parking is available. The private neat showers and toilets at the beach are also for members usable.

The glamorous Venetian Village with its many fine restaurants and shops directly by the sea can also be reached within walking distance. Enjoy a relaxed dinner on a terrace with a fantastic view on the water.

The next supermarket 'Fresh Market' with fancy fresh counters and a very large selection of food is only 200 meters away.

The next restaurants are also within walking distance.

Take a walk in the evening to the Venetian Village and enjoy a drink while watching the sunset.

The downtown with the 5th Avenue, galleries, shops and excellent restaurants is only 5 minutes away, as well as the elegant Waterside Shops with excellent restaurants, too. Even the classy Mercato Center with nightlife and the trendy Blue Martini Cocktail Lounge is accessible within a few minutes.

So you basically have always very short distances, no matter what destination you choose spontaneously.

The next very good shopping facilities and restaurants can be found already after 2 minutes.
