Oconnor Towers is a beautiful 4 bedrooms (two master king en-suites), 3-bathroom home situated in the quiet friendly neighborhood of Indian Creek, which is an outstanding development within 3 miles of Disney properties. It is in easy reach of all other major attractions.
Oconnor Towers is the perfect home away from home. It has a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining formal dining room and a games room. The spacious living room is tastefully furnished with a queen sized sleeper sofa bed and includes a HD 1080 60 inch television.
The large glass sliding door leads into the covered lanai to the fully enclosed 30 foot pool (newly resurfaced in 7/2022 and one of the largest pool in the area) plus an 7 foot lounger spa, both with color changing led lights. With the flick of a switch, turn on those jets bubbles and for the next hour enjoy the real soothing benefits of having every muscle in your body massaged.

Excellent but with a couple of caveats

The property is clean and in an excellent location, very convenient for all major supermarkets as well as Disney and via I-4 Universal and Seaworld. I would say that while comfortable for the most part, the three sofas in the family area are in need of reupholstering or outright replacement as both my wife and I found them sagging and less than ideal. The good supply of tableware allowed us to fill the dishwasher before needing to run it, which was a good thing, and the laundry facilities are first class - certainly the best we have encountered in a rental property. The owner is friendly and hands-on - on our first night she noticed (via her remote access) a problem with the aircon before we did and had an engineer out the same evening to repair it. All-in-all we would come back if Florida becomes a holiday destination again for us.

Ideal family holiday

We have just returned from staying in Orlando and this villa was the perfect base for our family to visit all of the theme parks. We have previously stayed on site at a Disney hotel and the location of this villa is just as convenient with the added bonus of a private pool and a homely feel. It is a corner plot on a quiet community giving you all of the peace you need after a hectic day at the parks. Michelle is a delight to deal with and always responded promptly to my requests. The place is comfortable and clean with all the facilities we needed and more. We found everything was as per the listing and as we were leaving an engineer was installing hand rails to the pools so improvements are ongoing. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa and will be returning on our next visit to Orlando.

Good location

The house was in a very good location for Disney parks. Overall, the house was tolerably clean, although under beds and nightstands had obviously not been cleaned (false nails, stray socks). The pool area had some left-behind bits too, and needed a bit of weeding. Inside, the house is spacious enough for eight people, but would be crowded for more than that. Interior decor is tired and needs updating- sofa backs unstitched and fraying, beds had fabric pulled away from the underside of the base. There were quite a lot of flies in the bathrooms, despite keeping all doors to the outside closed. This got fixed by the visit of the outside pest control people to a large degree. The owners all delivered fly spray etc for our use. Communication with the owners was easy and speedy. We were somewhat annoyed to have a delivery of a new cooker and fridge freezer during our stay. I notified the owner of the broken elements of the fridge freezer that was there when we arrived and only then were told of the impending delivery and fitting of the new items. I feel that this kind of thing should be done between guest stays, rather than intruding on a paying guest's holiday. However we were able to rearrange our plans in order to be out for the day. The pool was cleaned and serviced twice during our stay. The tv in the 'Cinderella' room is placed rather awkwardly if an adult or teen is staying in there- watch your head on entering or leaving the room! There was plenty of clean bedlinen, towels, blankets etc available, which was very nice. The beds were comfortable to sleep on, although two in one of the twin rooms were broken. If you don't need to pull them out (for example, to catch a lizard!) they are fine. The games room in the garage was a nice touch. We had many pleasant evenings playing pool. Instructions for the TV in the family room would have been helpful, although the owner did take the time to walk us through it via WhatsApp. In summation, a reasonable base for Disney parks etc, with the amenities you would expect and some extras. It does need some updating though.

An excellent place to stay

Cannot fault this property. The website totally accurate, the location is perfect, you get exactly as described and more. Michelle could not have been more helpful in responding to queries. Party of seven, grandparents, parents and three teenagers. Pool amazing. Would be hoping available if we return to Orlando!

2nd time staying here

This is our 2nd time at this villa...and we stayed both times for 3 weeks. It’s a fantastic villa in a great area...close to all the parks...and close to lots of places to eat and shop. Michelle couldn’t be more helpful both before our stay...and during it. The pool is a fantastic size for my older boys....and it’s in the sun pretty much all day for mummies who like to catch a bit of sun. The villa has everything you need for your stay. We hope to come back from Ireland and stay here again in the next few years . Thanks again Michelle
