Apartment on the 7th OG (3 lifts), 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, fitted kitchen,

The apartment is in a multi-storey building in a welcoming, palm-lined promenade of Cala Estancia. She has a beautiful view of the beach and sun from morning to afternoon. Both double bedrooms are bright, have fitted wardrobes and open onto balconies. The bathrooms have shower, toilet, sink, one of them is in suite. From the large light-filled living room opening onto the spacious sunny balcony (18sqm). Satellite TV, Air conditioning w / c, washing machine el. Dryer, WIFI and insulating glass windows are present.

Mallorca has many facets, the historic city center with cathedral, near the aquarium etc.

But also discover the 'red flash', the Orangenzug to Soller are worth an experience. In addition, the home of Chopin in Valldemossa is worth a visit, and not least the 1446m high Tramuntana mountains with pure nature.

Wine lovers will Benissalim their money and for water lovers there are wonderful day trips around the island.

What a wonderful apartment and experience

We'd been thinking about a hotel in Arenal, but at the last moment we decided to look for an apartment between Arenal and Palma. Can Pastilla seemed perfect and wound up being just that.

Our initial communications with the owner were wonderful. He was quick and efficient and, thankfully, spoke excellent English (as my German is suitable to converse with toddlers only.) The booking went just fine and the owner was quite thorough in getting us a key, in case we arrived after hours.

When the taxi dropped me off, I was immediately impressed with the surroundings in Can Pastilla. Below the apartment were numerous restaurants, shops, and even a nearby grocery. I soon found that I didn't need to walk more than 150 meters to get everything I needed.

The 3 elevators in the building worked just fine--always a good sign--but it was when I walked into the apartment that I was most satisfied. It smelled fresh and clean and seemed extremely well-kept. The air conditioning worked perfectly and cooled the entire apartment with ease, even with temperatures reaching into the mid-90s (high 30s Celsius.)

The owner of the apartment has left instructions for nearly everything in multiple languages. This made living in the apartment quite easy. Every appliance, television, air conditioner, sink, toilet, etc, worked perfectly. The apartment was comfortable, well situated and commands excellent views.

Overall, for the price, I'm not sure I've ever had a better holiday. The apartment is wonderful, comfortable, near great beaches and fine food. I think it's suitable for individuals or small families. The owner and his attention to detail made the experience even better.

Herrliche Lage und Blick

Komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit phantastischem Blick in Richtung s`Arenal und zum Kloster Randa. Man hört das Meer rauschen - trotz der Nähe zum Flugplatz (weil der Flugbetrieb auf der abgewandten Hausseite stattfindet). Restaurants und Geschäfte in fußläufiger Entfernung. Mehrere Rad- und Auto-Vermietungen in der Nähe.

Das Feriendomizil war sauber und gepflegt. Wir können das Ferienappartement weiterempfehlen.

Zauberschön

Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderbar,wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.Der Balkon ist traumhaft,wir haben viel Zeit auf den bequemen Liegen verbracht.Vom Bügeleisen über große Spiegel bis zum Fön ist alles da was Frauen glücklich macht(Männer übrigens auch).Wir möchten uns nochmal bei unseren tollen Vermietern bedanken,von der Wegbeschreibung bis zur Schlüsseübergabe war alles top.Wir kommen gerne Wieder. Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen

Ende September waren wir für 11 Tage in der Wohnung Miramar und waren begeistert. Wir haben eine gut eingerichtete und geräumige Wohnung vorgefunden. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Kein abgezähltes Porzellan, alles reichlich vorhanden. Die Starts und Landungen der Flugzeuge vom nahegelegenen Flughafen haben wir kaum wahrgenommen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Location

Car: not necessary

The apartment has to reach the best infrastructure with many restaurants and bars within a few meters distance. Mailbox, pharmacy, hairdresser, ATM directly opposite the house. Can be found in close proximity (100m) is a Spar shop; 180m is the local market, as well as other supermarkets, banks, etc.

You can cars, bikes, Familientretmobile but also quats and Segways for rent. The long drawn-out promenade to Arenal permits all to exploit these opportunities.

Prima bus stop to Palma and Arenal and in a few minutes also to and from the airport.

There are many walking tours by bus, boat locally.
