The property is situated on a large plot of land (about 10 000 square meters) and

and close to everything (sea, beaches, shops for daily needs, bank, etc.)

Everything is in 5 - to reach 10 minutes by car.

From the outside, the villa was built in the style of a romantic country house - inside

expect an ultra-modern, comfortable design in Loftbauweise. All

Rooms are very generously sized and flow smoothly into one another.

The living area was a 7 mtr. - High round dome designed with living and dining areas are glazed on the seaside of to the floor, so that you can always enjoy a view erhabenden even indoors,

On the ground floor next to the living / dining area, a bedroom with private exit to the pool terrace and a large fully equipped kitchen with cooking island and everything a good cook desires (2 large refrigerators with freezing, microwave, oven, large ceramic hob, 2 sinks, dishwasher , blender, waffle maker and more. Div. Economies (with washer dryer, storage rooms, etc.) are also located here.

Over a glass staircase or Glass bridge leads to the first floor with a

large gallery with relaxation area and two bedrooms. All bedrooms of the house have a bathroom en suite with glass, inside lit shower stall (large ceiling shower head, side showers, hand massage shower, thermostat etc.)

In the master bath are also still a large round relaxing bath for several people,

2 washbasins, and a bidet integrated. Even from the bathtub you can still enjoy a beautiful view.

For your entertainment there is satellite TV (2 x flat screen TV, DVD player, video player, stereo with CD player, and an Internet connection (included in price)

Outside there is both a great trains covered terrace as well as open terraces, which directly connects to the illuminated pool. Enjoy the bath in a 12mtr.- infinity pool and at the same time the incomparable vista of the Mediterranean nature.

Fantastic house with a beautiful view

When we arrived, we were kindly welcomed by the owners Ramona and Hermann, which are very nice and will do all the best for you!!

The house is just fantastic; large, modern, well equipped, stylishly decorated, tidy and clean. Outside the swimmingpool is very clean and nice, and the terrace/garden is beautiful! The villa is in a very quiet area, and the view to the sea is also beautiful! Hermann showed us the way to a good supermarket, just a few minutes drive by car.

During our one week stay we visited Moraira, Valencia, Guadalest, Altea and Terra Mitica. All really great and not so far from the villa.

We have had a lovely holiday and everything was perfect! We will strongly recommend this to everyone!

In approx. 1 hour to reach by car from Alicante Airport from Teulada and the picturesque old fishing village of Moraira. To date, this place was saved from too great building activity, ie, there is almost no high-rise buildings in Moraira, but. Hundreds of white villas that fit into the wonderful beautiful Mediterranean environment

A considerable marina, a variety of very good restaurants but also cozy pubs and tapas bars,

Tennis courts, golf courses, go-kart track, several beautiful beaches and bays, but also many opportunities for hiking or horseback riding, water skiing, sailing, to surfing or in the clear waters of the Mediterranean to diving, or just the gorgeous beautiful nature enjoy .....

All this and much more makes the incomparable charm of Moraira and makes the area a

the most sought after holiday destinations in Spain.

And the best part: the geographical distance between the sea and fantastic mountain scenery is just half an hour's drive.
