This is one of the oldest and nicest houses in Wellington, built in 1866 but fully reburbished. The Pilot had the pick of locations and chose wisely - beside the sea but in a sunny, sheltered spot. It has a large, accessible garden.
The house has a lovely batchy feel but has all mod cons. The main living area has 3 sets of French doors and a long set of bi-fold windows, so can open up nicely on a summer day. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs, all with sea views. They is one upstairs bathroom and one downstairs.
There are two beehives in the front garden. The back veranda has a sun awning and there is a big set of outdoor furniture in the back garden.
It has a piano and Sky TV
Extras: Linen (included); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave;
