Bad management

The place was nice and beautiful! Only issue I had was with the property manager. Was left a note under my door instead of the manager knocking on the door about something that I did not do. Felt that was very unprofessional. Then when I tried to get up with management about someone leaving a big bag of garbage at the door I couldn’t get ahold of anyone.

Clean it up or shut it down

Fabreeze does not replace soap and water. The apartment was dirty. The floors were sticky. There was literally a full can of garbage in the kitchen when we arrived. The couch was worn out with tears and stains. We were provided nothing but a bottle of hand soap for both bathrooms and showers. Pump pump, you now smell like “morning mist”. I attempted to contact Vacasa the moment I arrived and got nothing but chat bit responses. I’m done with Vacasa if this is how they’re doing business.

Christmas visit

Vacasa told us the address of the building but not the unit number. It took us several texts to get the unit number. Garage parking was hard to use. Nice and clean.
