Vehicles can be parked down the driveway, with occupants been wary of the front occupants (especially if children present). The garages on this property are locked up so there is not a washing machine to use in the cottage but there is a laundry mat in the village. There is a queen bed in main room and bunks in the other which run off an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The couch is super comfy to sleep on too or foam mattresses can be provided if more than 4 occupants. The bathroom and kitchen are small but adequate. There is a nice picnic/bbq area out the front. A fully fenced back section. We would like to know a bit about you if you are new to bookabach. Acceptance of tenants will be at our discretion. Two night minimum bookings over long weekends. This has been our home for 18 years. We still reside here part time so ask that people respect any personal items on the premises. No smoking in any way shape or form allowed inside. Under 5 year olds stay free. Pets okay via prior arrangement and you need to make sure you remove any mess/poop. It is preferable that you bring your own sheets but beds can me made up if required (happy to do so for the bunks).
