With breath taking uninterrupted lake views of Wanaka and the Southern Alps and only a 7 minute walk to Wanaka's amenities and centre of town, or 5 minute walk to the beach, Lakeview Heights Penthouse Apartments offers you luxury without compromise.

Quality furnishings include an entertainers kitchen , a double spa bath and double shower, carpeted double garage and so much more.

Warm in winter, with two heat pumps and a gas fire, with all day sun. Outdoor breakfast bar, BBQ and outdoor lounge, both overlooking the lake, with large waterproof awning, protecting you from the elements, but still delivering all the winter sun.

Situated opposite the park with Frisbee golf, mountain biking park and a playground at your doorstep.

We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.

Stunning location

We rented this property and invited another two couples, we had a fabulous time in a gorgeous location and in a beautiful house. The driveway is extremely steep, we choose to all park on road.

From opening the door we were blown away, the photos on the website looked amazing but in person this properry is fantastic. It has all the items required plus more. The views of the lake and Wanaka are mindblowing. We will be back. Thank you
