It is 5 mins from Matiatia ferry terminal, and is on the main bus route.
It shares gorgeous traditional gardens with Blue View Cottage and Out of the Blue Studio, which are listed together on Bookabach - see #9469 . Please place booking requests on both listings if you wish to book for maximum numbers of up to 10 people.
Pets are welcome BY ARRANGEMENT ONLY as fencing is not complete.
Peek of Blue Bach is self contained. It has a Queen bedroom, and a double sofa-bed in the lounge.
It's light and sunny, and has a spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining area . The 'Peek of Blue' refers to the sea, just visible from the kitchen, through fruit trees.
Peek of Blue has a recently rebuilt kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen now is an airy space with polished wood floors, new units, macrocarpa bench-tops, and dishwasher.The bathroom has a huge walk-in shower area, and tiled floors and walls.
The lounge/dining/kitchen area share varnished wood floors that remind us of the origins of this cute older building.
The bedroom is carpeted, has a queen sized bed, and a large walk-in wardrobe. We've built a macrocarpa bench-window seat across the width of the room below the garden window.
There is a covered patio and a private deck with an outside bath.
Blue View Cottage (separate listing ) is a queen bedroomed cottage, with a double futon sofa bed in the living area, and Out of the Blue Studio, a semi self-contained studio (bunk beds and a double, and en-suite bathroom) below.
Use is flexible, as they can be let separately for cosy weekends, or all together for family or friends' gatherings, and weddings.
Gorgeous sea views are to be had from Blue View Cottage, and beautiful traditional gardens full of fruit trees, roses, and hidden paths are part of the setting.
The bach can be let alongside Blue View Cottage, - advertised separately, hence the 'max occupancy of 10'.
Pets welcome ONLY BY ARRANGEMENT, as only partially fenced.
NO smoking indoors.
Bedding and linen are provided for the bed, but not the sofa-bed.
Guests to clean the bach before departure, including the fridge, oven, and BBQ if used, -and to strip linen from beds.
Please, no parties.
