Fabulous family villa in Javea with wifi, pool, air con & TV, close to the beach

Villa Christina is a 3 bedroomed detached villa located in the Toscal area of Javea. The villa is set in private gardens and has a private 8m x 4m swmming pool. This spacious villa is all on one level and has been furnished to a very high standard by the owners. It has lots of character and is in immaculate condition.

Enter the grounds via the the driveway and entry to the villa is up a set of steps - there is a a spacious lounge/ dining room, a newly fitted modern kitchen, 1 twin bedroom and two double bedrooms - one having an ensuite bathroom. The spacious lounge dining room features UK TV, air conditioning. log burner and Wifi. The beautiful kitchen features all modern appliances including fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and wardrobes or hanging space, the master bedroom has a newly fitted en suite bathroom with a shower.

Outdoors you will find, off road parking for 2/3 cars, patios and gardens furnished for sunbathing, outdoor kitchen with fridge and BBQ for al-fresco dining. The outdoor kitchen is a lovely space fully equipped with a BBQ and dining table. The well established gardens have lighting to make the most of those long summer evenings best enjoyed outdoors. There is a car port or space for parking 2 or 3 cars on the drive way.

The villa is located close to Javea's blue flag arenal beach which is only 5 minutes drive away (3km). To get the best from the area we would recommend a car although several bars and supermarket are within walking distance at approximately 20 minutes.

A fabulous choice for high standard accommodation yet close to the restaurants and beach at L'Arenal

There are steps leading up to the villa which may be difficult for clients with reduced mobility. Air conditioning is available in the living/dining room - other rooms have ceiling fans. Two bedrooms have wardrobes and one has a hanging rail. The TV reception is via a satellite and gives some English TV channels such as BBC and ITV. Strictly no smoking and no pets at this villa. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
