Diamond offers a tranquil, scenic, secluded environment. Nature lovers will enjoy the beautifully landscaped gardens and the sightings of non-threatening wildlife. The establishment includes a private plunge pool, where guests can conduct outdoor barbecuing and dining. Optionally, guest can choose to prepare their meals in the apartment’s well established, fully equipped kitchen. We recommend that you hire a car in order to make the most of your wondrous stay, which can be arranged for you in advance. To make things more convenient, we can also arrange for you to pick up your hired car at the airport or have it delivered for you onsite to our location.

The apartment is self-contained and includes well-stocked books for reading enjoyment, and ample wardrobe & shelf space. Linen services are inclusive and maid services can be provided at a cost of $100 Barbados dollars per week. Additionally, small intimate weddings can be arranged and hosted in the beautiful, onsite garden.

Superb apartment, a step away from Holetown
Diamond 2 is a beautifully maintained two bedroom upstairs apartment with separate entrance. It is a ten-minute walk up the road from Limegrove mall in Halcyon Heights. Each bedroom has a stylish en-suite shower room. The kitchen is compact but the dining and sitting areas are ample, and the balcony is a bonus. Barbara lives on site. She is charming and helpful and we chatted most days. We loved living privately in a residential area, close to but separate from busy Holetown. All beaches and attractions are accessible by bus. Highly Recommended.
Diamond is located in a peaceful residential area in St James on the western side of the island, which is also known as the Platinum Coast. With coral sands, crystal-clear, and turquoise-colored beaches just a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive, visitors can take advantage of the many types of water sports being offered along the Platinum Coast. Diamond Oasis is also within close proximity (a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive) to the Limegrove Lifestyle Shopping Center (known for its distinct duty free shopping – offering products made by renowned designers, a premier cinema and famed restaurants), Sunset Crest, and Holetown, where visitors can acquaint themselves with the vast assortment of boutiques and cafes. In addition, the Platinum Coast’s celebrious restaurants offer fabulous world-class and local cuisine dining, with local bars providing nightly entertainment. Furthermore, the Platinum Coast’s distinguished golf courses (located at the Sandy Lane’s Country Club and Westmoreland Golf Course) and a prestigious supermarket are all just within a 5-minute and 2-minute drive respectively.
By booking with Diamond, you have agreed with the following Terms & Conditions: 1) Check-in time is after 3PM and check-out time is by 11AM. 2) A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking and the 75% balance due 30days before arrival. 3) A security deposit of £200 is required and to be paid on arrival. The security deposit will be refunded at checkout, upon inspection of the apartment by management. Any incurred damages beyond normal wear and tear (e.g., extraordinary cleaning requirements; repairing furniture back to original condition; lost, missing, or damage items) will be charge to the security deposit. 4) The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 persons. Rates are based on a 2-person occupancy. For 3 or more persons, an additional £100/week is required. 5) This is a non-smoking unit. However, smoking is permitted outside on the patio area (please use provided ashtray). 6) No pets are allowed (unless by prior agreement). 7) Only guest registered on booking confirmation are allowed access to the property and grounds of Diamond without prior agreement. 8) All garbage (rubbish) must be placed in the bins at the bottom of the drive before departure. 9) Any additional charges for services rendered outside the normal scope of Diamond's operations must be paid before departure. 10) Any towels or linen lost or damage must be replaced or paid for before departure. 11) Rates are subject to change so please check rates when booking. 12) Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advanced payment and the party or parties will not be permitted to check in. 13) All guests are responsible for travel Insurance coverage, medical emergencies, loss, damage, misplacement, or theft of personal items. 14) All children must be supervised by an adult at all times when in the pool area. 15) Any exceptions to the above mentioned policy items must be approved in writing.
