Newly renovated 90 square metre apartment in a fantastic building.

The Ciel Bleu Dalpozzo apartment has been completely renovated with works completed in January 2016.

The apartment has been finished to a very high standard with no expense spared on the renovation.

It is situated in the heart of the Carre d'Or (Golden Square) which is the smartest area in Nice. All of the main tourist sites are within easy walkings distance. The seafront (Promenade des Anglais) is less than 100 metres and the train station is 10 minutes walk.

There are lots of fantastic restaurants and cafe's in the immediate area and there are 2 supermarkets within less than 100 metres.

The accommodation extends to 90 square metres and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies, large living space, full air-conditioning, high ceilings, parquet flooring and double glazing throughout.

The apartment is situated in a fantastic building which itself has recently undergone a complete renovation such that the communal areas are stunning. There is also a lift in the building so the access is very good.

The apartment is situated on the second floor and with a double aspect, 3 metre high ceilings and full length windows there is an abundance of natural light throughout.

The living room is over 30 square metres and has an open plan American style kitchen which is fully fitted to include a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and large fridge/freezer.

There is a comfortable seating area with Van der Rohe Pavillion chairs, wall mounted flat screen TV (with Netflix), high speed WiFi and large solid wood dining table with Eames chairs seating 6.

There is also a balcony accessed from the living space which has a table and chairs seating 2 people.

The bedrooms are all a generous size. There are two double bedrooms with king size double beds (160cmx200cm) and a twin bedroom with 2 large single beds (90cmx190cm).

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a large rain shower and there is also a family bathroom with bath and rain shower.

The second double bedroom has a balcony with a table and chairs seating 2 people.

We provide Egyptian cotton linen and luxury towels.

Great location 3 bed/2 bath apartment

We had a great holiday in Nice over Xmas/New Year, & this apartment was very conveniently situated with the old town/promenade/train station being only a few minutes walk away. The apartment was spacious & well equiped with all that we needed. There was a good grocery store, bakery & charming restaurants nearby, the Italian Restaurant directly below the apartment was especially good. All correspondence with Mike the owner resulted in prompt & helpful replies. Would definitely stay at this apartment again & highly recommend it.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location

We had a great stay in Nice and with the apartment being very spacious and so centrally located everything we needed was only a short walk away which was perfect for a family with a young child.

The apartment has recently been renovated so everything is nice and new and working well. The owner and his team were very accommodating with check-in and check-out.

I would highly recommend La Trattoria du Palais on the corner for a good pizza.

Superb accommodation

Nice is a beautiful City and so is this apartment- perfect for 6 people- very roomy, modern, spotless and an excellent location. Very smooth from the arrival to departure. I would not hesitate to stay here again. You must visit Mori's bar and the Bistro Dalpozzo both are excellent. Thank you Mike and Diana for a superb experience and brilliant accommodation.

This is a very nice property which has been tastefully updated and provided an environment for a pleasant stay. It is within a short walking distance to everything one needs including shopping, food and the prominade for beach access. Good choice for Vacationers for sure.
