Superb T3, in the historic heart of St Jean De Luz, Private parking (Optional)

Apartment of 55 m2, fully renovated in 2015, in a typical Basque town house of 3 dwellings. Close to all amenities. No need to drive: it is 5 min walk from the station and Les Halles, 1 minute instead of Louis XIV (instead of all the festivities) and 2 minutes from the beach. There are more than to drop his bags.
Possibility of a garage in addition to rent.
It is on the 2nd floor and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living / dining room, a kitchen and a small balcony / patio.
We made a real small cocoon in a region that we love very much and we rent to make it live when we are not there.

Saint Jean de Luz, le paradis !!
Bon contact avec Joëlle pour la remise des clés. Elle est très réactive si nous avons un problème. L'appartement est bien placé, entre à la rue piétonne très commerçante et les halles pour faire son marché. La plage est très proche. Le stationnement est très difficile. Heureusement, une place réservée dans un parking Indigo très proche est proposée en supplément, c'est indispensable à Saint Jean de Luz. L'appartement était suffisamment grand pour nous quatre, et bien équipé. Il manque juste la climatisation pour les fortes chaleurs. Les alentours sont à visiter, le train de la Rhune, Espelette, Sare, Biarritz et San Sébastien, et bien d'autres endroits. C'était notre troisième séjours au Pays Basque et le second à Saint jean. Je pense que nous reviendrons car le Pays Basque est très reposant.

Très bel appartement bien situé près de la plage et des rues piétonnes et du marché. Déçu de la reaction des propriétaires, a savoir d'avoir dû payer la reparation d'un convecteur qui s'est décroché sans y avoir touché.

Superbe appartement à deux pas de la place Louis XIV et des halles. Les photos sont l'exact reflet de l'appartement: lumineux, pratique et bien équipé. Idéalement situé à proximité de la plage. Joëlle s'occupe très bien des locataires,son accueil est chaleureux.
