3RD FLOOR FLAT, 2 DOUBLE BEDROOMS, BATHROOM, FITTED KITCHEN, LOUNGE, FREEVIEW

Opposite Sandford Park and the Lido this modern 2 bedroom modern top floor apartment is a 5 minute's walk away from Cheltenham's popular Festivals, theatres, shops, restaurants and bars. Montpellier is a 5 minute walk. The Racecourse a 10 minute drive with taxi firm opposite the apartment block.

Entry is via a secure communal door into the communal entrance hall then there is a lift or stairs to the 3rd floor. Overlooking Leckhampton in the distance, the balcony provides a pleasant space for relaxing.

Our apartment has 2 double bedrooms, the first double bedroom has built in wardrobes, the 2nd double bedroom is more compact, both are comfortable. The bathroom has a bath with shower. Lounge with TV, free WiFi and freeview.

Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas oven and hob. Also slow cooker so you can come back to a meal at the end of a day exploring. There is gas fired central heating throughout.

A visitor's parking permit is provided for the duration of your stay, with parking available in nearby streets. Resident parking is on a first come first served basis. There is no guarantee of a resident’s parking space. A pay and display car car is right next door where parking is free between 8pm- 8am if needed.

Great stay!

Great little apartment in a central location. Super clean and tidy and has everything you need to feel at home while you're far away from home!! Even had BT Sports which was a nice little bonus!! Great hosts, excellent communication throughout.

Perfect location for the festivals

Clean, tidy and just a short walk to the Cheltenham Festivals eg Science and Literature festivals held in Imperial Square gardens and close to the centre with all it’s lovely architecture, museums, shops and incredible places to eat and drink !

Ideal for access to the centre

Conveniently located only a matter of meters to town centre. Plenty of nightlife on the doorstep. The hosts were always quick on responses to my queries and very considerate.

Brilliant Location

The apartment had all amenities you could ask for.

Comfortable bedrooms, good shower.

Only downside if you need the lift it didn’t work.

Apart from that excellent and would definitely book again.

Town centre Festivals are within walking distance. Theatres are a 5 minutes walk away. Racecourse is a 10 minute drive, taxi office opposite the apartment block.

Take a stroll through Montpellier district which is a 5 minute walk from the flat and enjoy a wide variety of pubs, bars, restaurants and independent shops.

Cheltenham has a great choice of restaurants, bars and nightlife all within walking distance from the this ideal town centre location.

Across the road from the apartment block is Sandford Park and a short walk to the popular Lido which is worth a visit.

Cheltenham and the surrounding Cotswold area offers something for everyone and we look forward to offering any information or advice for your visit.
