The spacious terrace of Diamantis Villa features an amazing 40 m2 private swimming pool (1,45-1,55 m deep) with a special children’s compartment (57-70 cm deep), equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, offering you ample opportunity for sunbathing, unwind and enjoy the fresh summer breeze and the revitalising country air. The outdoor areas are lovingly designed with flowers and lawn covered areas, creating a soothing environment and also provide an outdoor shaded dining area next to the BBQ (charcoal) facilities. Furthermore, a beautiful shaded sofa is available next to the pool.

The Villa is tastefully decorated and equipped with all modern amenities, providing everything you may need during your holiday.

Location Overview
Villa Diamantis is settled 1km away from Adele. In Adele there are many possibilities for good food and drinks, nightlife and entertainment. Adele, is a traditional and historical village and is located 15 minutes away from Rethymno. It’s built in the plain, between olive and other fruit trees. The closest beach, Adelianos Kampos, is only 2 minutes away by car. Adelianos Kampos is a vast, sandy beach with shallow waters, which has been awarded with a Blue Flag in 2012. It’s a perfectly organised coastal tourist resort, with many sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, lifeguards, beach bars, restaurants and water sports. In Adelianos Kampos there is also an ATM machine, tavernas, cafes, a bakery, a butcher’s and a petrol station.

If you like quaint country villages, you should visit the traditional village Maroulas, which has an impressive tower and interesting houses, built according to the old architectural tradition of the place. Maroulas is just 5 minutes away by car.

Worth visiting are the St. Panteleimon and St. Arsanios churches. St Panteleimon is celebrated on the 27th of July and a folklore festival takes place in the village. St. Arsanios church, where there is also a small museum.

About 9 minutes away lies the village of Stavromenos, where there is an archaeological site you can visit and a Second World War memorial. Stavromenos gives you a variety of taverns and restaurants, which offer local food and drinks, bars and cafes, beach life and shopping, water sports and anything else you may need, such as bakery shops, pharmacy and super markets.
