Why Daniel Hodgson chose Le Suquet

I purchased this property as part of my portfolio (I also own rental properties in the UK). I purchased it due to its wonderful location - right in the centre of Cannes and is very popular for all the congress events which arrive each year in Cannes.

I loved the privacy, location and refurbished it to a high standard! Its such a lovely place to stay or indeed live at.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment has some hidden rooms which are not common in such a good location in Cannes. The terrace on the top floor has its own summer kitchen. Their is access to the terrace via the main bedroom and the hallway. This was the first benefit I noticed, but I also like the utility room and the office space/games room.

My company used this apartment for MIPIM 2016. The owners were very helpful beforehand. The property location was fantastic under 5 minutes from the Palais. The property itself was a very high standard but unfortunately we didnt use it as much as we would have liked due to the many meetings, restaurants we had to visit. 4 colleagues and I each had our own beds. The weather was quite bad and so we didn't get to use the lovely balcony. All in all a very nice place. Thanks and see you next year. Charles

Huge, well located, nicely appointed apartment

This apartment was perfect for our family vacation. Large and well located, minutes to the water and very close to the daily market which is great. Full kitchen with all the dishes/utensils, etc one needs. The owner and property managers were great. Full size washer and dryer was a nice luxury to have in France. We would definitely stay here again. You do have to climb some stairs as it is third floor but you also get a nice balcony up there and I'd rather be off of street level.

Fantastic Location and Great Flat

We had a lovely week at this fantastic flat. If you’re looking for a spot in the center of Cannes then this will work well for you.

We had a few little issues, one of which included a smoke alarm running out of battery and when we asked for a new one we were asked if we could just do without thw skoke alarm, which probably wasn’t the best thing to do, so ended up replacing this ourselves.

Other than this the stay was fantastic and would definitely return!

Fabulous Apartment in a Great Location

We booked this apartment for a family celebration and it certainly did not disappoint. The property really is in a fantastic location in the heart of Cannes, near to the railway station, the famous shopping street Rue Antibes and only a short walk to La Croisette.

Danny, the owner was extremely helpful and Carol his "lady on the ground" was great, really efficient.

The property is modern, clean and well-maintained with a well equipped kitchen and even a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

The apartment has a small terrace which was great for sitting outside in the sunshine with a glass of wine.

I would definitely recommend this property and would book again.

Perfect apartment in a great locataion

I found the apartment on the Owners Direct website and the attention and prompt responses I received from the owner from the outset were very helpful and provided all the information I required.

I have been travelling to festivals at Cannes for many years and know that some apartments claim to be in a great condition and just moments from La Croisette but this one really does live up to the expectations.

The quality of the accommodation, so the beds, bathrooms and other furniture make this a lovely apartment to stay in whilst away from home - whether its for work or for a vacation.

Very quiet but literally just a few moments walk from all the hustle and bustle of Cannes I highly recommend it.

A high quality apartment and I will be returning next year.
