About the property

3 beds with air con, 2 bath villa in secure garden setting.

In good decorative condition this well appointed three bedroom villa with TOURIST LICENCE is set in its own gated plot, is arranged over a single storey making it suitable for young families and the elderly. It has a large living/dining room and a well fitted kitchen with walk-in pantry. Two of the bedrooms (all of which have air conditioning) are double/twin and the third has bunk beds - sleeping a total of six. The tiled bathrooms have baths with shower over, basin, bidet and wc. There are terraces front and rear as well as a roof terrace so it's possible to sunbathe all day! There is a garage in which space can be made available for hired bikes to be stored (it is mostly taken up with storage of the owners' belongings). The villa was built in 1967 and has been owned by the same family ever since.

Nice property with good accommodation and position . Great access to sea, village and tourist routes

We had cold weather so heating worked well the beds were comfortable but would benefit from better sheets , pillows and duvets.

The place was clean and well equipped. I would go back .

This is a great villa,

This is a great villa, there was just the 2 of us so plenty of space, air con in the bed rooms helps with a good nights sleep, We love the area and the walk into town, What better way to end a evening after a nice meal, a 20 min stroll along the pine walk back to the villa. We come to Puerto Pollensa 2 times a year so we will use this Villa again, Thank you Amanda,

We stay here every year. Great location, two minute walk to the beach. Safe for kids. Easily accessible by car or using resort hoppa.

Enjoyable Stay in Quiet Puerto Pollensa Property

We had a very enjoyable break in this well appointed house in a quiet residential area on the edge of Puerto Pollensa. Plenty of space for two of us and not lacking any facilities for everyday tasks. Excellent WiFi. Small patio at front with sun most of the day. Five minute walk to the sea and Illa D'Or terrace for sundowners and we did not mind the lengthier walk into town (although this would not suit everyone). Very easy car access via the ring road also made supermarket visits easy as few shops within a short walk. Narrow driveway so we parked on the street outside. Owner communications by email beforehand worked well with quick responses to questions. Would return in future.
