A Luxury 3 Bedroomed Villa , 10 Mins Walk to Beach. Air Con Throughout

This property has it all. Will sleep 6 guests (one double and two twin bedrooms) plus 2 additional guests on a comfortable double sofa bed, for a small additional fee (please speak to owner about this facility). Two bathrooms, large lounge dining room with massage chair, log burning fire for the winter but light and airy for the summer.The kitchen is huge with a centre isle with gas and electric cooking facilities. Equipped with two fridges one with water and ice dispensers, dish washer and all other appliances at hand. Air conditioning hot and cold is installed throughout.

The villa is set on a small urbanisation within ten minutes walk to the beach, and train station.

Supermarkets , tapas bars / restaurants are only a 3 minute drive .Malaga centre is a must visit with the Picasso museum , castle and its abundance of culture and magnificent cathedral. Malaga has its own port which takes cruise liners on a regular basis.

You can take in Mijas Pueblo with its unbelievable views and the kids can ride the local donkeys.

The cable car is close by so you can take the 20 minute journey to the top of the mountain range, take in the bird of prey show , sample a cool drink or coffee in the comfy cafe at the top and take in the scenery.

Other places include Marbella ,Gibralter a 50minute drive. Historical Ronda with its amazing gorge only one hour away.. plus other unique destinations.

The list of things to do is endless , but whatever you choose you have the perfect villa to come home to.

I grew up in Coventry where i served as a Police Officer ,following retirement i moved to Spain where i met my new partner Nancy who is Argentinian , we have been together now for 12 years and have a 9 yr old daughter Olivia who was born in Malaga.

Málaga experiences the warmest winters of any European city with a population over 500,000 and over 100,000 jointly with two other cities in Spain: Almería and Alicante. The average temperature during the day in the period December through February is 17–18 °C (63–64 °F).I fell in love with this house because of its location a quiet cul de sac but within minutes of the sea , beach and mountains.I visited this area on many occasions prior to purchasing so i knew what i wanted.....I still love it, my favourite past time watching the cruise liners pass in the summer, amazing !!!! only 15 / 20 minutes from the Airport .

What makes this villa unique

The Villa is all on one level so no stairs to climb.The views are stunning and on a clear day you can see the African coastline.Terraces front and rear of the premises so you can always find the sun or shade whichever you prefer.The pool is child friendly with steps leading into the shallow end which is less than 1 metre.The deep end being 5ft 6 ins.

A superb villa perfect for relaxing , incredible sea and mountain views, a massage chair in the lounge to soothe away the stresses of everyday life.The pool is entered via steps which are suitable for children.It is a 10 minute stroll to the beach which was awarded the famous blue flag award for cleanliness.This villa has a sofa bed situated in the lounge area which could facilitate 2 extra guests for an additional small fee (speak to owner about this please).

Beautiful holiday home with a stunning view

As a first-time visitor to Malaga and our first time in a Villa we definitely chose the right place! Nancy and Richard's home is absolutely beautiful, spacious, full of everything you need and comes with the ultimate pool with a view. We were a group of 8 people and every one of us loved the villa and its surroundings. We wanted for nothing while we were there and any questions we had during our visit were answered promptly. If you're after a relaxing break away this is definitely the place to go. Equally if it's something to do while you're there you're only a short journey from the local towns/cities and their attractions. The villa is essentially half way up/down the hillside with some shops and restaurants at the top of the development, along with easy to access bus routes and a stunning beach with activities and restaurants at the bottom. If you're not so steady on your feet the only thing I would suggest is to hire a car while you're there, otherwise the local taxi services are very convenient and easy to contact. We would love to visit the area again and would, without a doubt, stay here!

Lovely vills

We had a lovely time in the villa, we did have a few issues which were sorted immediately by Nancy. Lovely pool area and fantastic views. I would highly recommend hiring a car during the stay as it is situated up a steep hill. Would definitely return but book car in advance as we were hoping to cope without one but proved impossible.

£ good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very clean and well equipped, soap and towels shampoo all that is needed for a comfortable stay, tv, internet and music system all provided, massive fully equipped kitchen, very large sunny terrace pool and sunbeds all provided, actually if it is not already provided in the villa i doubt if you will need it, barbacue provided washing machine dishwasher microwave and many more. Best views we have ever had, all 8 of us had a fantastic week and we will be back next year for sure, Thankyou Nancy for a great holiday.

A week filled with problems

We rented this property in july 2016 and we were not satisfied with our stay there.

We soon discovered that there was a bad sewer smell spreading from one of the two bathrooms. This problem was not solved during our stay. Because of this problem we could only use one of the two bathrooms (we were six people in the house).

The owner charges extra money for the air condition in the bedrooms (2 Euros for 1,5 hour). As it turned out, the air condition in the master bedroom could not be used since it was leaking water on the bed. This fault was also reported to the owner but it was not repaired during our stay.

All week long we had a constant dialog with the owner reporting about the errors which were not solved. We did not get any compensation from the owner for the inconvenience it caused us.

Three things we did appreciate was the terrace, the pool and the view.

Owner's Response: There are two sides to every story .The Lungberg family did have one or two issues which at times every homeowner knows are unavoidable.The issues were addressed instantly and an emergency plumber was sourced. In respect of the air con in the bedrooms we as owners had to install a meter as clients were leaving the air con units on full and going out. As this was not installed at the time of booking the Lungberg family were reimbursed in full all monies they had paid into the meter. The Lungbergs were also offered compensation which we thought appropriate but to date they have not responded. Not wishing to appear cynical but a 2 star rating for our property we consider an insult , and take it accordingly. I hope this review does not put any future clients off and as you can see by other reviews we really do care about our clients holidays and try to be as attentive as possible to ensure that. A superb Port in Malaga where you can view various cruise liners whilst shopping.

We can recommend local car hire should you need. They are very flexible with reasonable rates and deliver the car to you or will collect you from the airport.They will also return you to the airport at no cost, saving you taxi fares etc.
The villa is only a three minute drive to Supermarket, chemist,bars, petrol station, and cash point.Clients are requested to vacate the villa by 11.00 am on day of departure and check in at 3.00pm ( flexible depending on changeover timescales) The 350 pounds returnable damage deposit must be paid on second half of payment.This will be refunded into your bank account within 7 days of your departure. ( obviously should no damage be caused). Thank you
