This lovely family villa is ideally located in a very popular residential suburb of Lagos, just 900m (10 minutes walk) from the breath taking beach of Porto de Mós.

All rooms lead off from a spacious and light open hallway.

There is an office / 2nd sitting room with patio windows leading out onto the front patio. The open lounge / dining room will seat 6 and has a log burning fireplace, L shaped sofa, TV and patio doors which lead out to the pool and terrace.

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything that you require from your home in the sun, including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, freestanding fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and expresso machine. A door from the kitchen leads out to the BBQ and utility area. There is even a downstairs WC complete with shower, ideal after a visit to the beach!

A stone staircase with wrought iron balustrade leads up to the bright and airy first floor. All 3 bedrooms lead off from the spacious hall / landing, and all tastefully decorated. Bedroom 1, "the Lilac room" has a double bed, fitted mirrored wardrobes, an ensuite with a shower and a large balcony which faces out to the front of the property. Bedroom 2 "the Master Suite" is another double, the ensuite has a double vanity unit and shower. Fitted mirrored wardrobes run the whole length of one wall, there is a large flat screen TV and patio doors which lead out to the large rear balcony which enjoys views of the pool. Bedroom 3, "the cream room" has twin beds, fitted mirrored wardrobes, ensuite bathroom and patio doors which lead out to the same large rear balcony overlooking the pool.

At the front of the property there is a cobbled patio area and parking plus a garage. At the back of the property there is a tear drop shaped pool and a shaded /covered terrace area with table and chairs and, a BBQ, ideal for Al Fresco dining. There are also nautical striped awnings which will cover the whole of the rear of the property, a must for the hot summer afternoons.

Casa De Mos is a must for families and friends who want to savour the quality of outdoor living during their holiday and relax with or without needing to hire a car.

Largos vacation

The property was clean, and was well maintained. The location was great, close to restaurants, and grocery store. The pictures were accurate, and showed every room just the way it was presented. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends. I would even rent this property again in the near the future. I really enjoyed the whole experience.

The Villa is huge, clean and has everything you need. It was a pleasure.

The area is quite and peacefull. The beautiful beach very easy to reach.

900m walking distance from the fabulous Porto de Mós beach and nearest restaurant and bar, 2km from the Lagos Old Town Walls and 1.0km to the nearest supermarket (Intermarché) 50 minutes drive to Faro Airport.

This villa has a really fantastic location, a few hundred metres from the beach where you will find 2 very popular beach bar / restaurants. The vibrant, bustling historical city of Lagos is just 5 minutes by car. The house is even located next to a bus route, for those not wishing to drive and there are several well stocked supermarkets nearby for your holiday essentials. There are several golf courses in the area with Boavista being the nearest, approximately. 3 km away. This villa is perfect for families and you can stay here with our without needing to hire a car.
