Podere Rosignano is located halfway between Siena and Florence, and is a farmhouse made of stone, built according to the typical Tuscan architecture of the seventeenth century country houses.
The property is surrounded by lush forests of oaks, brooms and rose hips. The outdoor garden consists of an olive grove of 150 trees, ancient oaks and some mulberry trees that were traditionally planted near the farmhouses when in Tuscany, in the nineteenth century, there was a thriving silk industry.
It is the ideal place to spend a holiday in connection with intact and pure nature, and to rediscover the peace, tranquility and beauty lost in the daily routine of the big city.
The house is located in the nature reserve of Cornocchia where hunting is prohibited, and it is for this reason that often during walks, if you are lucky, you can meet wild boars, foxes, badgers, fallow deer or hares.
Built on 2 floors, the house has been completely renovated. We have kept intact the architectural features and original atmosphere and the layout of the rooms.
The interiors open onto a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen.
From the sides of the living room you access the rooms: 2 double rooms with 1 bathroom, on both sides.
From the windows of the rooms you can enjoy a magnificent view: the house overlooks a large valley where the gaze is lost towards the horizon.
At the large table of the salon, we serve the dishes of our creative, creative and appetizing cuisine, but above all made with the ingredients of our organic vegetable garden that we have been cultivating for 10 years.
The house offers the availability of double rooms with the B'nB formula or the whole apartment that can accommodate up to ten people
