Entrance porch, hallway & spacious toilet. There is an open plan kitchen / dining area. The dining area has lovely dining table with ample chairs, wall mounted large flat screen Tv, door to balcony having seating & table. Superb sea views.
Between the kitchen and dining area are two comfortable chairs with a table.
The kitchen area is fully fitted having centre island with breakfast bar & stools,
5 burner gas hob, electric oven, warming drawer, combination oven, dish washer, fridge, freezer and two sinks. All crockery, cutlery, pots, pans & utensils are supplied.
There is a very spacious Master bedroom King-size bed, built in wardrobes & En-suite shower room & WC. There is a door to a balcony with superb sea views.
There is a twin bedroom to the rear having two single beds & a built in wardrobe.
The beds join together to make a super king size bed. (Please let us know when booking if you wish for the super king option)
There is also a family bathroom having bath with shower over & w/c.
This floor is mostly open plan. Having a very comfortable, spacious lounge with wall mounted large flat screen TV, two large sofas & a relaxing chair. There is also a large coffee table & several side tables having lighting. To the front right there is a reading / games area with two comfortable seats, lamps and selection of books & games.
The front left has a door leading to a spacious & superb covered balcony with seating. A lovely space for the whole family. The views from here are breathtaking.
To the rear of this floor is a lovely double bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobes. This bedroom also has an En-Suite shower room with WC.
The Ground Floor:-
This can be accessed from inside the property or from the rear via the electrically operated double garage door.
From the inside there is a gaming room with corner sofa, wall mounted 40" TV & XBox One. (please bring your own games)
There is also a shower room & WC on this level.
A secure door leads to the double garage which also doubles as the games room with a table tennis table. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The garage door is electrically operated and leads to a rear walled courtyard with double gates to the rear, giving access for cars if you wish.
To the front of the property is parking on the quiet road. Across the road is an area of grass leading to the beach. The sea wall runs from Littlestone to the Redoubt, near Hythe. This is great for bike rides or walks.
Further along 'The Green' (the grass area) is a childrens play area and an outside Gym area.
PLEASE NOTE:- As there are 4 floors and 4 sets of stairs we do not feel the property is suitable for toddlers, as there are no stair gates.
