MILL RESTORED TO THE EXTENT OF THE TUSCAN TRADITION. It CAN 'ACCOMMODATE 16 PEOPLE EASILY. 'It CONSISTS OF THREE APARTMENTS WHICH MAY BE USED ALSO GROUPS OF FRIENDS AND FAMILIES.
MILL 1: consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room;
MILL 2: consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room;
MILL 3: consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen and living room with sofa bed.
Then there is another room with bathroom and independent access.

Wonderful Tuscan Idyll

Superb rustic old mill with all modern conveniences. Would recommend to anyone and the price was very competitive.

Peaceful Rural Holiday

Lovely old, Tuscan property, very well kept garden and facilities basic but perfectly adequate. Only a couple of points that would have improved our stay. There are, in general, no fly screens on the majority of windows, which makes it difficult to enjoy the cooler evening air as there is a great number of mosquitos. No fans or air conditioning available. Finally, I understand we will be charged for a change of bed linen after the first of our two week stay, which seems a little unusual. However, having pointed out these difficulties, I would recommend this property.

Inoubliable

Magnifique séjour dans une superbe maison au calme pour les amoureux de la nature. Un grand Merci à Iacopo pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité sans oublier la réservation au restaurant près du moulin pour notre première soirée. Concernant le lieu, c’est une maison isolée, à l’abri des regards où nous avons eu quelques petits visiteurs animaliers notamment la visite du renard surnommé Alberto par nos grands enfants. Si vous adorez le calme, le repos et la nature c’est la maison idéale. Attention toutefois aux moustiques et aussi les taons qui sont parfois très voraces. Pour ceux qui ne peuvent se passer d’internet, le wifi n’est pas stable et la réception des portables est difficile dans le moulin. Malgré 15 jours de grosse chaleur, la maison reste fraîche la nuit ce qui est très agréable. La piscine est nettoyée tous les jours. Pise, Florence, Sienne, Volterra sont à 1h30/45. Il y a beaucoup d’autres endroits à visiter mais nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tout voir. Dans le village il y a une petite coop pour faire les courses sinon il y a une coop un peu plus grande à Pomarance à environ 40 mn. Que dire de plus si ce n’est que nous avons passé 15 j de rêve dans un endroit magnifique et que nous remercions encore Iacopo pour tout.

Really restful and chill out place.

We were very impressed of the silence, sounds of nature and calm of this place. Huge house, with its history - old mill, perfect for big teams. We were in 10 people, 3 families and felt very comfortable. Great contact with the owner. Really good time!
