The Geneva House was just updated and is a place that families and friends will truly enjoy. The kitchen is a chefs dream while the living room is huge with a great view of the gold course. The basement will entertain your group for hours with a State of the Art Theater Room (4K TV and ATMOS), Pool Table, Steam Room, Fooz Ball Table, Pinball Machine, Pro Air Hockey Table, Steam Room and Hot Tub. ----See Video Tour with VR Code in Photo Area---- Luxurious Home that was just updated with a new kitchen. The house sits on the 2nd hole of aan 18 hole golf course. Were a short 5-minute drive to downtown Geneva and a 55 minute Metra train ride to Chicago. The house has an oversized kitchen and living room. The kitchen is brand new and has a beautifully unique one-of-a-kind Porcelain Countertop. The house also has Piano room with a Baby Grand Piano. The office is decorated uniquely as an Industrial Office. There are four bedrooms. Two of them have king beds and the other two have queen beds. We also have a blow-up bed that can be set up in the basement where the fourth full bathroom is located. Amenities include a hot tub for 6, Steam Room, Theater Room, Weight Room , a Beautiful Bar and a Large Game Room. Master bedroom has a convenient remote control to lift the head/foot as well as a massager. Living Room - Chair Massager Kitchen - Double oven, dishwasher and over sized refrigerator Recreation room - 8 foot pool table, tournament air hockey table, foosball table and a pinball machine. Gym - Includes a Peloton Bike, smith system for weights, Precor FTS Glide Functional Training System, Precor EFX Eliptical System and Bowflex Adjustable Dumbbells Steam Room - Enough room for three Theater Room - Atmos 9.1 theater room with Sony 4K picture. This theater has the latest and greatest sound and picture. You have access to download movies, Netflix, Showtime, HBO and Apple plus. Deck - High end hot tub with lights and a gas drill. Seating on the deck for 10 Everything is accessible to guests except the Garage. You will have access to my adult children who live close by and/or myself. We live down the street and will be available when needed. We will meet you at my home for a tour of the house and instruction on how to utilize the amenities. We will also meet you at the end of your stay for a final walkthrough. The subdivision is a master planned community which has two public 18 hole golf courses (One currently opened), its own shops, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, jogging trails and a recreation center with a gym and weight room. The Metra train station is 5 minutes away which can get you to Chicago in 45 minutes. Restaurants and downtown Geneva are also a short five-minute drive. The downtown has many boutiques and restaurants with indoor and street seating as well as live music. Thank you for considering my home for your stay. Please review the House Guidelines. 1) Absolutely no parties or events. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and loss of all funds paid for the entire stay. This policy is not flexible. 2). For the comfort of all residents in our neighborhood, no noise audible outside the house after 9:00 PM and before 8:00 AM. We have a strict policy of no additional guests on the premises other than the pre-approved number during booking process. Any guests over the pre-approved amount will be charged $100 per person per day and/or asked to end the stay and forfeit all fees paid. Absolute Maximum number of guests is 10 without prior permission. 3)All cars are to be parked in the driveway with a Max of 3 cars unless pre-approved 4) The house is to be left in the same condition as received. Prior to leaving all garbage will be disposed of in the garbage cans and dishes washed in the dishwasher and returned to the cabinets. 5) Pre-approved pets are allowed. The additional cost is $50 per night for a dog. This will be charged by request after your booking. Dogs need to be crated when not supervised. We have a crate and a large dog play pen that you're welcome to use. Cats are not allowed due to owner allergies. 6) For the comfort of future guests smoking is not allowed in the house. There is a cigarette/marijuana smoke detector. Violators will have to pay the cleaning fee and a $500 penalty 7) There are video camera's outside the house which are to remain enabled for the security of the property and guests. If a neighbor reports a party or event then the cameras will be used to verify the number of guests. 8) Guests are 100% responsible for any damage to the house or amenities. You will receive a tour of the home and verify everything is in working order. If anything is not working then it will be noted. A final walkthrough at the end of your stay will verify that there are not any damages and deposit will be released. 9) A copy of your ID is required upon check-in. A guest list and contact info is to be provided when booking a reservation. The guests are the only ones permitted on the property. Any changes to the list should be communicated via email not to exceed the approved number of guests at booking. This is the perfect home for families and guests attending local events. Our guests are treated first class and have truly enjoyed all the amenities. If the intent is to have a party or an event then this is not the home for you.
