Lovely house in a great location

We stayed here for a week at Christmas as a family of four and it was perfect for us. There's lots of living space and the location is great.

You are minutes from the station and the shops and the seafront is also very close.

Paul could not have been more helpful. He organised a driver from Heathrow, put up Christmas decorations and came straight round to fix a minor problem one evening.

The place itself is a lovely place to stay - its modern and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well kitted out. You are right in the conservation area so the view of the other houses, at the front, is very pretty. From the back and the roof terrace, you can see the sea.

I would certainly love to stay here again.

Beautiful residence perfect location.

We booked this place in Southend on Sea, to stay in while visiting relatives who lived about two miles away. We are a family of four, two adults, two teens. The location was perfect; walking distance to train station (for London excursions), grocery store, main drag for shopping, and rides. Very near the park which is right near the water. We stayed for five nights and loved it. Quiet location on a very pretty local street, with similar residences all well maintained and kept up. When we arrived, the key was where it was described to us by Paul the owner. Parking space in the front. The residence is freshly painted white inside, with tasteful decorations. The pictures do not do the place justice; it is very pretty. The home has three floors, kitchen downstairs, main floor is the living room, and dining room, and upstairs has two bedrooms and bathroom with tub and shower. Kitchen ample supplies for all you need to make a meal. There is a washer dryer machine (meaning all in one unit). Then surprise rooftop with scenic views, and lovely area to hang out and chat. Beds were comfortable, and the residence was spotless. There was a great place for breakfast right across the street from the train station which was very handy. (about two blocks away). Paul answered our many questions in advance, and during our stay. We definitely would stay again and recommend this place to others. Lovely for a romantic weekend away too, as so pretty! Definitely a five star place to stay.
