This cosy detached bungalow with a small courtyard, is just a few hundred yards from the centre of this historic town. Pet friendly and comfortably furnished, the property makes a great base from which to explore this popular area of Cornwall. Tintagel, the mythical home of King Arthur, has a number of shops, pubs and restaurants and a short walk takes you to Tintagel Castle where you can take in the breathtaking views across the Atlantic Ocean. The harbour village of Boscastle is a short drive away, as is the pretty fishing village of Port Isaac, made famous by the TV series Doc Martin. Also within easy reach is Bodmin Moor, unspoilt moorland at its best, and Padstow with its array of shops, pubs and restaurants, including Rick Steins fish restaurant. From here you can take a ferry across to Rock or walk or cycle along the Camel Trail to Wadebridge and beyond to Bodmin along the estuary. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 500 yards.
