About the property

A two story two bedroom apartment as follows: A fully fitted kitchen downstairs with a stable door leading to a covered terrace where there is a gas barbeque.

Upstairs has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, bathroom with small bath and shower plus a large lounge with French doors on to a balcony which overlooks the garden. French and English television are available plus a DVD player together with a selection of DVDs. Outside there is a swimming pool plus a games room set in just under two acres.

About The Owner

We purchased the property in 2007 and subsequently spent our holidays renovating it. In 2014 we retired and moved to France to complete the restoration of the main house and then started on the apartment in 2015.

Wonderfully relaxing week in an idyllic setting

We spent a week here and absolutely loved it. It's the perfect place to switch off and wind down. Clive and Beverley are excellent hosts, and we were very grateful for the welcome package (milk etc.) and the lettuce and potatoes from the garden. The saltwater pool is fabulous and the grounds are just beautiful, as is the surrounding countryside. We'd definitely return!

Idyllic France

We stayed at Clive and Beverly's place for one week with our 4 year old grand daughter and had a great time. The property is beautiful situated, very comfortable and superbly provisioned. C & B were very kind and helpful and made our stay a joy. Highly recommended. Close to the Pouilly Fuissey and Beaujolais Villages wineries, not that a four year old encouraged those visits.

A piece of countryside heaven

If you are looking for peace and relaxation then this is the place to go! You have everything you need to enjoy the sunshine and not need to leave. We spent two weeks of swimming in the pool children playing in the garden and bbq every night.

The stars at night are amazing as no light pollution around.

We left feeling refreshed and ready to face the world again.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, unsere Jungs wollten nicht mehr heim!

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben immer auf der Terrasse gegessen und das tolle Wetter genossen. Nicht nur am Pool.

Man kann in der Nähe von Ozolles viele kleine Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen, oder in die größeren Städte der Umgebung fahren.

Beverly und Clive sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub und die Leckereien!

We will not be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of any person, nor any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property which the tenant or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of or in any way connected with the letting or from any other cause whatsoever.
The number of people occupying the property may not exceed the number stated, unless by prior arrangement. There may be an additional charge for extra guests, please enquire in advance.
The tenant agrees to keep the property and all its fittings, furniture and equipment and any other contents in or on the property in a like state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the letting and will make good. Should the property be left in a poor condition or requiring intensive cleaning then this will be charged to the occupants.
Unless otherwise stated the rental of the property includes rates, insurance of the property, water, electricity, gas and logs. The property is equipped with crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment, sheets, duvets, bath towels and adequate cleaning equipment.
Holiday lettings are from 4.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00 am on the day of departure. Where possible other times may be agreed by prior arrangement.
The tenants agree not to smoke nor to allow smoking inside the property or in the pool area at any time. There are areas where smoking is allowed in the garden.
The swimming pool and other facilities are used at the tenants own risk and children must be accompanied by an adult when using them.
Tenants are asked to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition and take all their personal belongings with them.
Cancellations policy – As per the booking Company.
The payment of deposit and the acceptance of the keys for the property will be deemed an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
A copy of these terms and conditions will be provided to you on arrival.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
