This beautifully decorated two bedroom penthouse is located next to Royal Victoria Dock. Royal Victoria Dock is becoming a major attraction area with a range of amenities and activities within a few steps away. It is the home of the London's largest exhibition Centre, ExCeL. The area is now even more popular following completion of England's longest cable car, which takes you from Royal Victoria to the 02 Arena (formerly known as the Millennium Dome). Royal Victoria is now also home to London's largest beach, where there are special events during summer, and several water sports are also available. There are several stores close by for all your self-catering needs, including in a Tesco grocery store open till late at night.

The apartment is very well located for transport, being a very short walk from Royal Victoria station on the DLR (Docklands Light Railway). The DLR is an automated light metro system opened in 1987 to serve the redeveloped Docklands area of London. Here the trains have no drivers so kids and adults have a unique opportunity to sit right in front for a different perspective of your journey. The DLR reaches north to Stratford, south to Lewisham, west to Tower Gateway and Bank in the City of London financial district, and east to Beckton, London City Airport and Woolwich Arsenal. You can also change after one stop to the Jubilee Line, which gets you to the heart of London's West End and major tourist attractions in less than 30 minutes.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms and three toilets including a master bedroom en-suite and a family bathroom serving the visitors in the living area. The apartment is beautifully arranged over two floors with two separate entrances on the 9th and 10th floor of the building. The living area is beautifully decorated area with an oak staircase separating the living area and the dining section. The living area is fully carpeted and consists of a fully integrated open plan kitchen on the same level, with a floor to ceiling door that opens up to the balcony.

It also benefits from two cosy sofas that can sit up to five people and has a flat screen television loaded with free view channels. The transparent glass dinning can seat six people.

The master bedroom is on the upper level on the apartment with an en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom benefits from a shower cubicle that can fit two people and fully fitted with three separate showers, the power head shower, hand held shower and the leg shower. The master bedroom is fully carpeted with a floor to ceiling windows on one side of the bedroom allowing lots of sunlight into the room.
