Our lovely apartment is a 98 sq metres 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property built on the second floor of one of the best developments within Calahonda.

With lift access direct from the secure underground parking, marble floors, ducted air conditioning, west facing balcony and four swimming pools to choose from its the perfect choice for anyone looking for a great place to stay on the Costa del Sol.

Furnished to a very high standard the apartment is located just 250 metres from the nearest bars and restaurants yet is tucked away so is very quiet and peaceful.

In line with Spanish legal requirements our property is also fully registered with the Junta de Andalucia: Reference VFT/MA/03121

High standard and highly recommend!

Arrived on Saturday and collected keys to the apartment, all instructions and directions were excellent and enabled us to arrive with ease.

First impressions, excellent size decorated and furnished to high standard and very clean. Everything you need is supplied from cutlery and cooking utensils to hairdryer, ironing and washing facilities. Two bathrooms (one en suite), bedrooms and plenty of wardrobe space we could barely fill! Underground parking with allocated space which is perfect, and a lift to save lugging everything up the stairs to the apartment.

Internet good speed and TV for a bit of relaxation before retiring to bed, seating provided by a rather large (but comfortable) leather corner sofa and dining table for relaxing dining.

Easy to find routes to/from Princess Park makes it a perfect location to explore from. We visited Rhonda, Marbella, Gibraltar etc and the toll road being within easy reach was very handy.


All the facilities were well presented, the balcony had a lovely view and caught the sun for most of the day, plenty of places locally to explore and local restaurants (some of which are within walking distance) were very good and varied menus too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and will certainly be booking again!

P.S We collected our keys from the The Bistro in Calahonda and on our return to drop off the keys stopped for Breakfast - food was lovely and will certainly be back for more.

Mijas Costa Delight.

Lovely area of the coast to be based in. A great base to go explore from. Knowing the layout, now, i would not have chosen to stay where the apartment was. We have never encountered such a maze of urbanization. At times you needed a GP to traverse the 6 min drive from the A7 coast road to the apartment!

Overall a good 10 day recharge was had.

Lovely spacious apartment with great decor

A very enjoyable stay at this apartment in Princess Park, Calahonda. It was a very spacious & tastefully furnished, with fantastic views from the large terrace. Having multiple swimming pools to choose from as well as secure underground parking were great aspects. Would definitely book again.

Apartment was lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed.

The park was in a great location, very quiet and peaceful but not too far away from the beach or local shops. You do need a hire car but with private underground parking with easy access to the apartment there was never a worry about where to park. All the pools were clean and had sun beds available and the grounds were very well maintained. Lovely views too.

Beautiful apartment, great base for exploring

The apartment was an ideal base for an exploring holiday, minutes to the toll roads and the coastal roads by car.

Cabopino beach was lovely and just over 5 mins drive, Marbella 10-15 mins where we had several meals out. There were also a number of restaurants, cafes and bars a couple minutes from the apartment and four within walking distance of the apartment which was perfect for everyone to enjoy an evening drink.

The apartment itself was very clean and comfy, lovely big sofa and beds, all you needed to cook dinner too. From the balcony you had a great side view of the sea and beautiful surroundings, even close to the toll roads you could not see or hear it! Pool areas were also well kept.

There is also a brilliant walk just down the road up a dirt track, great views from the top!

Highly recommend the apartment, we will be back! :)

Calahonda and the apartment, is only 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Calahonda is situated a few kilometres east of Marbella, right in the heart of the Costa del Sol’s “golf valley”.

Calahonda is extremely popular with tourists from across Europe and Scandinavia as it's an excellent location from which to easily visit some of the best places that the Costa del Sol coast has to offer, such as Marbella, Puerto Banus, Mijas, Benalmedena, Estepona, Ronda, Granada and Gibralter.

Our luxury apartment is only 5 minutes drive from 2 wonderful beaches and a great new beachside promenade, 2 minutes to the nearest golf course and to an excellent large Tennis, Squash, Gym and Sauna Club, as well as 10 minutes to the ever popular Mijas Water Park.

There are also loads of other great family attractions reached within 15 minutes including, Aqualand, Fuengirola Zoo, Crocodile Park, Tivoli World, Sealife Centre, Selwo Safari Park, Selwo Marina, Cable Cars and the apartment is only a few minutes walk from the closest bars and restaurants as well as this a few minutes further on you have the huge choice of bars and restaurants within the main resort of Calahonda itself!

Golf: The nearest golf course to the apartment is 'La Siesta' in Calahonda however one of the largest golf courses in Spain the 'La Cala Resort' is only 15 minutes away.

La Cala has three 18-hole championship courses and a top quality 6-hole par 3 layout and includes south par: 72 5,454 metres, north par: 73 5,782 metres and La Cala Europa par: 71 6,014 metres.

As well as La Cala there are numerous courses to suit all abilities within 15-30 minutes of the apartment.
