Centrally located in the historic neighborhood of Prospect Park, our Kasa is a short walk from the U of M and a few blocks from the Mississippi River and the TCF Stadium. Choose from a variety of restaurants and bars in the area, or quickly escape to downtown Minneapolis, not too far away, for some fun and adventure. Whether you're looking for on or off-campus excitement, this is the perfect place to find it.

Getting Around:
You can easily walk to a number of restaurants from the property, the U of M campus, and several parks. Biking is also an excellent option for getting around, and you shall find many bike-sharing stations nearby. If you want to venture further, take advantage of the city’s public transportation. The closest bus stop and light rail station are approximately 0.5 miles away from our property. While we do not offer on-site parking, rideshares are readily available to take you to your destination. The Minneapolis−Saint Paul International Airport is 14 miles away from our Kasa.

- Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7.
- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.
- There is no onsite parking available. If you plan to bring a car, the MPLS Parking app can help you find the best available spaces in the area.
- This property does not have luggage storage.
