SunnySands is a detached family house in a quiet location with a south facing garden and off road parking. Its large utility room is very useful for drying dirty dogs and wet children! The living space is ample with a separate well equipped kitchen linked to a dining room at the front of the house. The dining room has a table and chairs that seat up to 10. The large table is also perfect for childrens arts and crafts and puzzle enthusiasts on those wet days. We have high chairs for small guests also. The downstairs shower room is easily accessed from the utility room and has a WC and wash basin. Through the hall is a bunk bedroom. The lounge has large sofas and coffee tables and a cabinet full of board games. There is a well stocked toy chest for younger guests and a TV with free sat channels.

This room links to the conservatory with a table and four chairs and wrap around conservatory furniture, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun and which steps out into a secure, walled garden, safe for children and pets.

Upstairs both bedrooms are double, the bedroom overlooking the sea is a super king and to the front of the property with views of Snowdonia is a king size. Both have chest of drawers and storage.

All the bedrooms have blackout blinds and curtains. We supply duvets and bed linen but not towels. We have two travel cots and plenty of space for them in either double room.

The second bathroom has a bath, WC, basin and storage.

To the rear of the house is a detached bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a small WC and basin adjoining the bedroom. This room is useful for additional guests such as grandparents or teenagers but it is detached from the house and therefore unsuitable for young children. There are three steps up to the room from the garden patio.

We do allow 2 well behaved dogs as we our dog lovers ourselves, but we do ask that they are not allowed upstairs and they are made to fully dry in the utility room before coming into the house. There is an additional charge of £25 per dog.

About Kate Rayner

Tim, Kate, Ned and Poppy live outside Chester. We bought the house when the children were small and it has already given us memories to treasure for ever. We both knew Rhosneigr as children and it still never fails to bring a smile to our faces! We love the versatility of the area and spend hours beach combing and surfing and generally loving sea life with our spaniel Salty.

SunnySands (named by the children!) ticked all the boxes for us in terms of what we would want if we were choosing a holiday. The location is quiet and safe but so near to all the action and amenities. Children can have their independence as the high street just minutes away. We are so close to the beaches that it doesn't matter what we forget to take down there and how many times we need to pop home! We take a lot of care to ensure the house is well maintained and comfortable and we really hope you enjoy it in the way we do.

FantisI stay are this well present holiday home.

The property was well presented and well equipped. Plenty of room and the dining room table easily sat 10 in the evening with a fantastic view to look out on.

Located 5 mins walk from the beach and a 10 min walk from the little town centre this was fantastic for a great family holiday.

Any questions were quickly answered by the owners and we would definitely return.

Lovely family holiday.

Lovely spacious house in a very quiet area, close to beaches and village centre.

We all enjoyed sitting in the dining room around the large table to eat/drink and play cards.

Garden was well maintained and sunny, we had a couple of lovely sunny days.

Comfortable, clean and spacious excellent property to stay in.

For a family of four with two dogs it was an excellent property to stay in. We are familiar with Rhosneigr but it's ideally located and within easy walking distance of everything and anything you would do.

Leave your car at the house as there is so much to keep you busy within a very short walking distance! Rhosneigr has a bustling high street with coffee shops, restaurants, bars, gift and clothing shops as well as watersports tuition and rental. The Oyster Catcher gastro pub is a 10 minute walk from the house and nestled in the sand dunes with panoramic views, its a perfect spot for a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset! The two beaches are enormous and fantastic for all ages and abilities, there is rock pooling (our favourite!), crabbing and safe bathing as well as surfing, sailing, canoeing, kite surfing and wind surfing. There is tuition in the village for most water sports activities including equipment for hire. Why not try the more sedate paddle boarding craze?! For those who don't enjoy watersports there are tennis courts, a golf course and horse riding as well as the Anglesey race circuit just 5 minutes down the road. The stunning and unspoilt area of Newborough forest is only 15 minutes by car, it really is an enchanting place with an enormous sandy beach, forest walks, mountain biking and running routes and a red squirrel community.

North Wales has so much to offer! There are several majestic castles to be explored, try Beaumaris and enjoy boutique shops and great ice cream or take fast rib rides from the pier around Puffin Island. For the nature lovers, visit the RSPB at South Stack Lighthouse, or the Pili Palas butterfly house, there are nature reserves and fabulous coastal walks to explore too. Snowdonia National Park is approximately 40 minutes by car where you can experience stunning scenery, crystal clear lakes and waterfalls. Snowdon is Wales' highest mountain, there is a train to the top or a choice of walking or mountain bike routes. Visit the lush valley of Llangollen to catch a steam train! Greenwood Forest Park is a family activity centre in Snowdonia which is open year round and has been voted Best Family Attraction in North Wales, with adventure play, a roller coaster, moon karts, a craft centre, Treetop Towers and a Giant Jumper!
