A cosy cottage for two, within easy reach of the wide golden sands of Alnmouth and a friendly country pub on the doorstep, Miller’s Cottage is an ideal base for casual coastal living and endless outdoor pursuits.
Tucked in a quiet corner in the picturesque conservation village of Lesbury, the cottage sits right on the River Aln mid-way between the village Warkworth and the lovely market town of Alnwick.
Presented in a relaxed country style, the sitting room features the original Northumberland sandstone inglenook fireplace with a rich warm colour scheme which adds to its homely charm. Here you can spend days on sweeping sandy beaches before returning to the warmth of the woodburning stove on chillier evenings with supper by the fireside.
The property has a small but well equipped galley kitchen, and upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom with en-suite facilities.
Front door leads into a well proportioned living room with large inglenook fireplace and woodburning stove. Large double sofa with armchair. Dining area for four. Technology includes TV with Freeview and DVD player.
