ABOUT THE SAND AND THE EVER CHANGING BEACH: In the spring, the tide begins to carry sand in from the ocean and deposit it on the beach. The sand on the beach becomes deeper each week and by late summer can be several feet deep. During the winter, the process is reversed. The tide begins to carry the sand back out to the ocean. At times there can be no sand on the beach exposing the cobble (football sized rocks) that is ordinarily covered by sand. The cobble can be dificult to walk on.

Our stay at Walls of Glass was just perfect.

The house was just as described. The view is incredible we really enjoyed our stay. The location is great a supermarket is nearby also malibu pier and santa monica.

The owner was very reliable and helpful he answered all our questions right away. We had a great stay and we are definitely planning on coming again.

AMAZING PLACE

The video doesn't do justice to this property......truly amazing....like living out over the surf. The sounds of surf are like a lullaby going to sleep at night.

We enjoyed dolphins, pelicans, ibis, egrets....a whale spout.....and beautiful sunsets.

Everything we needed to enjoy our week was right at hand.....even had a diffuser for the hair dryer (those of you with curly hair can truly appreciate that special addition)

I returned my rental car on day #2; it's so easy to call for Lyft, and save the parking fees at every event/restaurant. And the walk along the beach to Moonshadows restaurant only takes 8 mins. I will not even rent a car next time.

We fully intend to be "repeat offenders" next year.......Thank you, Don for this wonderful home away from home...our vacation was wonderful.

What a view!

We really enjoyed our stay at the "Walls of Glass!" It was very clean and the view was amazing. We routinely saw dolphin and seals right from the deck. We had one small plumbing issue, but the owner came over and fixed it right away.

If you want to enjoy the PCH, but still want easy access to LA, this works perfectly.

Another fabulous stay at The Walls of Glass

From the first time we stayed here two years ago, we could not wait to go back! Our second stay at the Walls of Glass did not disappoint. The view is amazing, the unit has everything you need. The beds are comfy. And did I mention the view? Seriously...beachfront in Malibu...it doesn't get any better. Thank you Don, once again for sharing your beautiful beach house. We look forward to returning again soon.

Amazing Stay on the Beach

This is my second time staying at Walls of Glass' and it was just as great as the first time. The home is well appointed and the views and crashing waves are an ocean lover's dream. Don is very responsive and a great guy. (Thanks for giving regular folks the chance to have this multi million dollar beachfront vacation experience.) You can bring some groceries and relax all week, or make it your hub to see the attractions in Southern California. Great for families, girlfriend getaway, couples or solo travelers. See dolphins, seals and ocean life from your bed, balcony or living room. Amazing.
